NNB Nutrition hits SupplySide Global 2026 at Booth #5952 with the VasoRush launch, an OnSwitch 2.0 flavor vote, SweetVantage Reb M9, and a high-purity GAA.
SupplySide Global runs October 26 to 30 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, and its first-ever three-day expo hall opens Wednesday, October 28. NNB Nutrition will be there as a Silver Sponsor at Booth #5952 in Bayside C, and the company behind DL185, GlucoVantage, and MitoBurn has a lot to show.
The headliners are the official launch of VasoRush, a head-to-head flavor vote on the OnSwitch 2.0 concept drink, SweetVantage Reb M9 with brazzein, a first look at a high-purity GAA, and Pürest Creatine, which NNB says has become one of its top sellers.
The fun starts a day early, too: NNB is hosting its second annual SupplySide networking happy hour, "Back to the Cutting Edge", which is now over capacity.
OnSwitch 2.0: Cherry Limeade vs. Crisp Apple
Last year, NNB's OnSwitch concept drink was one of the most talked-about samples at SupplySide Global, flavored by Sensapure Flavors, the Salt Lake City flavor house we visited on Episode #149 of the PricePlow Podcast. This year, the two companies are back with a reformulated OnSwitch 2.0 in two flavors, Cherry Limeade and Crisp Apple, and they're letting SupplySide attendees pick the winner. Both will be available to taste at NNB's booth during expo hours, October 28 to 30.
Red vs. Green
We got an early taste. We joined NNB's Shawn Wells and Dustin Elliott for flavor testing at Sensapure, where Cherry Limeade was already set and the second flavor came down to Grape Limeade or Crisp Apple. We landed on red versus green. Sensapure's behind-the-scenes video embedded below shows how its team flavored both drinks, plus the moment NNB decided to make OnSwitch 2.0 a competition (and yes, that's our founder, Mike, in there).
What's in OnSwitch 2.0
Sensapure shared the full ingredient lineup, though not the doses:
- VasoRush: NNB's new peptide-bonded di-citrulline and di-arginine, built to drive more cGMP per unit of nitric oxide for a faster pump. It officially debuts at this show (more below).
- SweetVantage: NNB's stevia-based sweetener system gets featured-ingredient billing. Sensapure says it took three years and $2.5 million of R&D to develop.
- enfinity paraxanthine: Caffeine's primary metabolite, distributed by TSI Group, for energy and focus.
- GeniusPure alpha-GPC: NNB's beverage-stable alpha-GPC, the same ingredient behind several recent RTD launches covered below.
- SalidroPure: NNB's fermentation-derived salidroside, the key active in Rhodiola, at a fraction of a traditional extract's dose.
- Taurine: The energy drink staple, which supports cellular hydration and nervous system function.
- N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine: A water-soluble form of tyrosine, the amino acid the body uses to build dopamine and norepinephrine.
Compared to last year's version, MitoBurn and MitoPrime are out, while VasoRush, taurine, and N-acetyl L-tyrosine are in, trading OnSwitch's metabolic angle for a pump-and-focus profile. The tyrosine caught our eye. When we covered new research on SalidroPure and dopamine, we wondered whether more formulas should pair salidroside with tyrosine, and OnSwitch 2.0 does exactly that. Back in May, NNB also said VasoRush's beverage potential depended on solubility and pH testing, so seeing it in an RTD concept is a good sign for brands that want it in drinks.
VasoRush Makes Its Official Debut
VasoRush is the launch NNB is building its booth around. It pairs di-citrulline and di-arginine in a 2:1 ratio, with each delivered as a peptide-bonded dipeptide that absorbs through the PEPT-1 transporter, the same route DL185 uses. NNB's pitch reframes the pump category around cGMP, the signal that tells blood vessels to dilate, instead of raw nitric oxide output.
In NNB's in-house pre-clinical testing, nitric oxide rose within 30 minutes, and cGMP stayed higher and steadier over six hours than it did with a premium modified arginine comparator. Human trials haven't been published yet, so treat those numbers as early, directional data. Our VasoRush introduction covers the mechanism in depth.
SweetVantage Reb M9 and Brazzein Go Live
NNB's other headline story is sweetness. SweetVantage, NNB's stevia system, blends Reb A, Reb D, and Reb M so each one hits a different part of the palate, and it now runs on Reb M9, a patented, improved form of Reb M. NNB is launching SweetVantage Reb M9 and a Reb M9 + brazzein version this fall. Brazzein is a sweet protein from West Africa's oubli berry, and NNB uses it to cover bitter actives like dileucine and dihydroberberine that stevia alone can't fully mask.
Ahead of launch, NNB commissioned a trained-panel sensory study through SAM Sensory, a division of Eurofins. Reb M9 matched sugar's sweetness in plain water, and Reb M9 + brazzein tracked closest to sucralose of any natural option across every matrix tested, as we covered in our sensory data breakdown. OnSwitch 2.0 puts the system to work in a finished drink, and NNB plans to make SweetVantage and brazzein one of its two big stories at the booth, alongside VasoRush.
Coming Soon: High-Purity GAA
NNB is also previewing a guanidinoacetic acid (GAA) of its own. GAA is creatine's direct precursor, and it keeps coming up in beverage conversations because creatine doesn't hold up well in liquid over time. NNB says much of the GAA on the market carries more impurities than formulators would accept in their creatine, so it's taking the Pürest Creatine approach and paying for a more expensive purification process. The ingredient is still in the coming-soon stage, and NNB tells us a GAA drink concept is on its 2027 roadmap.

Most natural sweeteners lean on marketing. NNB Nutrition ran the actual benchmark instead. SweetVantage Reb M9 went head-to-head with 6 sweeteners across water, green tea, EAAs, and sparkling water in a trained-panel sensory study. It matched sugar and tracked closest to sucralose.
We'll keep repeating one thing, though: GAA needs methyl donors. Your liver turns GAA into creatine by transferring a methyl group to it from S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe), and that step ultimately produces homocysteine, which is why supplemental GAA has historically been paired with betaine, choline, and B vitamins.[1] We covered the homocysteine question at length in our GAA guide, and our position hasn't changed. Any formula built on GAA should include methyl donors such as betaine (TMG), choline, or methylated B vitamins, and anyone taking GAA should make sure their stack covers them.
Pürest Creatine Keeps Climbing
Pürest Creatine made its SupplySide debut last year, and NNB says it has since become one of the company's top sellers. That tracks with what NNB CEO Jake Mulder told us on Episode #229: when supply chains broke down during COVID, customers came to NNB for creatine, and the company grew into one of the largest creatine suppliers to the United States. Pürest is the premium end of that business, with "not detected" levels of DCD and DHT.
It even turned out to be too clean for standard testing. The usual sample prep was generating creatinine during the test itself, so NNB and Eurofins developed a corrected method, which we covered in Pürest Creatine Third-Party Testing.
What We've Covered with NNB
NNB's history with the PricePlow Podcast goes back to 2021, when Shawn Wells teased an upcoming stimulant on Episode #048 that became enfinity paraxanthine. At last year's show, Shawn and Dustin Elliott explained the "Pure, Potent, Precise" philosophy behind NNB's shift to precision fermentation on Episode #192.
Episodes #227 and #229 at IFT FIRST 2026

Shawn Wells, Chief Science Officer at NNB Nutrition, breaks down GLP-1 Drag, precision fermentation, and NNB's next wave of buccal delivery ingredients on Episode #227 of the PricePlow Podcast.
In July 2026, we recorded two back-to-back episodes at NNB's booth at IFT FIRST in Chicago. On Episode #227 of the PricePlow Podcast, Chief Science Officer Shawn Wells explained his "GLP-1 Drag" theory, which covers muscle loss, mitochondrial fatigue, and dopamine flattening in people using GLP-1 medications.
Episode #229 turned to the business side with Chief Executive Officer Jake Mulder (his first time on the show) and Chief Brand Officer Dustin Elliott. Jake explained how NNB became one of the largest creatine suppliers to the United States, and why a flat global whey supply is pushing brands toward clarified plant proteins. Dustin covered NNB's focus on dipeptides, since NNB can show they occur in nature instead of filing new dietary ingredient notifications.
Jake also had some advice for anyone working a trade show floor:
"...you're walking the show and you don't find something you want, come to us."

A Quick NNB Ingredient Round-Up
Here's a fast tour of the NNB ingredients we've covered most recently, with links to the full articles.
-
DL185 Dileucine
DL185 is NNB's original dipeptide, built on the same PEPT-1 logic. In a double-blind randomized trial in young men, 2g of dileucine raised cumulative myofibrillar protein synthesis over three hours, while 2g of leucine didn't.[2] We explained why the body makes dileucine on its own in Lazy But Not Dumb.
-
SalidroPure
SalidroPure is NNB's fermentation-derived salidroside, the key active in Rhodiola, and it replaced RhodioPrime 6X after Rhodiola crenulata landed on the CITES endangered species list. A 2026 cell study found salidroside binds the dopamine D2 receptor directly and triggers DRD2-dependent signaling in neuronal cells.[3] It's early mechanistic work, and we broke it down in SalidroPure and Dopamine.
-
GeniusPure and MitoPrime
GeniusPure is NNB's beverage-stable alpha-GPC. In a 2024 crossover trial on 20 resistance-trained men, 315mg roughly doubled the placebo group's Stroop test improvement an hour after dosing.[4] That's helped it land in RTDs from UPDATE Energy, Bucked Up, and Life Cider (more on those launches). Meanwhile, MitoPrime, NNB's fermented L-ergothioneine, now shares a can with SalidroPure in Jocko Fuel's GO energy drinks.
-
GlucoVantage and MitoBurn
Our NNB coverage started with these two in 2019 and 2020, and both added preclinical data this year: a 14-week GlucoVantage study tracking GLP-1 and body weight, and new MitoBurn work on L-BAIBA as an exercise mimetic.
-
CurcuPrime
Our newest NNB deep dive covers CurcuPrime, a pure tetrahydrocurcumin (4-HC) that's white, non-staining, and doesn't rely on black pepper extract (CurcuPrime breakdown).
What Else NNB's Been Up To

A clinical dose doesn't need a capsule anymore. NNB Nutrition's "Ready to Consume" concept builds around ingredients small enough to disappear into a gummy, a shot, or a snack.
In June 2026, NNB reported 33% year-over-year sales growth. The company also said it expected to close a Series C round of nearly $20 million, with a Series C+ round of roughly $20 million more planned for later in the year. On Episode #227, Shawn said a third factory is set to come online by the end of 2027, and the team showed off a mockup of the new China facility (shaped like a giant "N") during Episode #229.
NNB's newest concept, Ready to Consume, extends its "Rethink The Drink" beverage work into gummies, shots, and snacks built around small-dose, clinically studied ingredients. And on Episode #229, Dustin hinted that NNB hoped to share more at SupplySide Global about an alternate dairy protein it's hydrolyzing in early pre-clinical work, so keep an ear out next week.
