TSI Group at SupplySide Global 2026: What's Fizzing at Booth 5873

TSI Group is heading to SupplySide Global 2026 with a simple message: the way you take a supplement is part of the supplement.

TSI Group at SupplySide Global 2026: What's Fizzing at Booth 5873

Booth 5873 might be the best sampling stop at SupplySide Global 2026. TSI Group has seven samples across OptiCreatine and FZZR formats, including a creatine sprinkle and a paraxanthine fizz you can chew.

At Booth 5873, the company behind enfinity® paraxanthine, myHMB®, PEAK ATP®, and OptiCreatine™ will be handing out creatine you can chew, sprinkle, melt on your tongue, or drop into water as fizzing pellets. They'll also have a FZZR™ caffeine sachet and an exclusive morning-and-night kit built with three other ingredient suppliers.

Long story short? This is one of the better sampling round-ups we've ever seen, so Booth #5873 is a must-visit.

TSI Group Continues Improving Delivery Systems and Formats

We've followed TSI's work closely for years. Their partnership with Iovate, now well over a decade old, put TSI ingredients and delivery technology behind MuscleTech EuphoriQ, Clear Muscle, and the EFF'N effervescent series. More recently, their solubility-focused creatine landed in GHOST Creatine and ATP Science's NOWAY! creatine line. With more than 30 years in the business and a 2025 listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, TSI now pitches itself as an end-to-end partner, from ingredient science through delivery formats and manufacturing.

SupplySide Global runs October 26 through 30, 2026 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, with the expo hall open October 28 through 30. TSI's show page sums up its theme in four words: "designing better wellness experiences".

That theme fits today's trends perfectly, so it's worth dropping in and checking the booth out. What decides whether people get benefits from something like creatine is whether they take it every day, and gritty powders, chalky chews, and shaker bottles are where a lot of good habits fall apart. And a ton of consumers are looking to mitigate the side effects of caffeine.

Everything TSI is sampling this year goes after those problems.

What's Sampling at Booth 5873

This is a big one! Here's the full sample list:

Sample Format Flavor
OptiCreatine™ Chewables Chewable tablet Orange, Apple
OptiCreatine™ Sprinkles Sprinkles Fruit Punch
OptiCreatine™ Fast Melt Dissolves on the tongue Strawberry

The TL;DR is that you're not going to want to miss this. There's too much good stuff here!

But let's walk through them just in case:

OptiCreatine™: Same Creatine, More Formats

From Sherbet to Chewables: How OptiCreatine™ Shapes ATP Science's NOWAY!® Creatine Line

Powder at the bottom of the shaker was never a creatine problem. It's a powder problem. ATP Science built its entire NOWAY! creatine line on TSI Group's OptiCreatine™, then pushed it across six formats, including sherbet sachets that dissolve right on your tongue.

OptiCreatine™ is creatine monohydrate, the same form behind decades of creatine research. TSI's proprietary processing targets the problem that's followed creatine powder forever: grit. According to TSI, OptiCreatine™ dissolves into a clear, stable solution within 30 to 60 seconds without changing the dose or the underlying compound.

That solubility is what lets it go places where standard creatine struggles. TSI lists soluble powders, chewables, gummies, effervescent pellets, fast-melt powders, and functional sprinkles among the formats it supports, and brands are already using it. GHOST swapped Creapure® for OptiCreatine™ in its July 2026 Creatine relaunch, ATP Science built an entire NOWAY! line around it (sherbet sachets and chewable tablets included), and Qualia Creatine+ pairs it with Creatine MagnaPower®.

"The creatine science is already there", said Shawn Baier, TSI's senior director of global ingredient science, when TSI refreshed the OptiCreatine™ brand in July. His point: the hard part is getting people to use it consistently. Three of the booth samples take that on directly:

  • OptiCreatine™ Chewables (Orange and Apple): A creatine chew designed to avoid the gritty texture that's held creatine chewables back. No water, no shaker.
  • OptiCreatine™ Sprinkles (Fruit Punch): A sprinkle format, one of the newer applications TSI lists for OptiCreatine™.
  • OptiCreatine™ Fast Melt (Strawberry): A powder that dissolves right on the tongue, similar in concept to ATP Science's NOWAY!® Sherbet Sachets.

OptiCreatine™ + myHMB® OptiClear™ Pellets

Creatine + HMB: The Complete Guide from Athletic Performance to Healthy Aging

Creatine + HMB aren't just for athletes. A 2025 study found active adults over 60 gained 25–46% functional strength improvements -- with little to no change in muscle mass. Better muscles, not just bigger ones.

The lemon pellets combine OptiCreatine™ with myHMB®, TSI's calcium HMB (beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate, a metabolite of the amino acid leucine). They're built on OptiClear™, TSI's patent-pending "crystal-clear dissolving" technology: effervescent pellets that dissolve into a clear drink without stirring or shaking. We first saw OptiClear™ in Gains In Bulk's SHAPE in 2025.

Creatine and HMB have been studied together. In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled crossover trial in 30 physically active adults aged 60 and older, six weeks of creatine plus HMB alongside a supervised conditioning program improved several measures of functional strength and muscular endurance. Regression analyses suggested those gains were largely independent of changes in muscle mass.[1] In elite male rowers, 10 weeks of creatine plus 3g daily HMB produced higher rowing power at a high blood lactate threshold than placebo, creatine alone, or HMB alone, though body composition didn't change.[2]

Those findings apply to the combinations and doses tested. TSI hasn't shared per-serving amounts for the pellets, so we'll compare doses if this combination becomes a finished product.

FZZR™: Drink, Buzz, or Chew

FZZR™ is TSI's multi-format effervescent technology, and it's the delivery system behind three of this year's samples. Each sachet holds small fizzing granules you can use three ways: pour them into water for a lightly sparkling drink, put a few on your tongue for a fizzy buzz, or chew them!

We love this stuff, and TSI's pitch to brands goes past novelty. Because FZZR™ ships in sachets instead of capsules or gummies, it can carry larger active doses. It can also stack several functions in one serving, and actives that don't play well together can be split across separate granules (TSI's example is iron and vitamin C).

The Partnership Behind the Products: How TSI Group and Iovate Built a Decade of Category-Leading Innovation

TSI Group and Iovate have been building supplements together for 10+ years. From myHMB in Clear Muscle to enfinity paraxanthine in EuphoriQ to FZZR effervescent tech in the EFF'N Series.

If FZZR™ sounds familiar, you've probably seen it at GNC. It's the technology inside MuscleTech EFF'N Energy, EFF'N Hydrate, and EFF'N Cut!. TSI co-founder and CEO Joe Zhou describes it as bringing "a convenient, enjoyable fizzing experience to everyday supplementation".

FZZR™ Energy Bolt

The Energy Bolt keeps things simple: caffeine, riboflavin (vitamin B2), and nicotinamide (a form of vitamin B3). Caffeine handles alertness, and the two B vitamins are building blocks for FAD and NAD+, coenzymes your cells use to turn food into usable energy. Think of it as a simpler cousin to EFF'N Energy, which pairs 225mg of caffeine with alpha-GPC, tyrosine, and taurine. TSI hasn't listed the Energy Bolt's amounts or flavor yet.

Note that this one's not using enfinity paraxanthine, so you'll need to consider the jitters and other side effects from using it instead of one of TSI's other enfinity-based concepts!

RISE + RESTORE: A WIN Collaboration

The kit we're most curious about is RISE + RESTORE, a SupplySide-exclusive AM/PM concept created by member companies of Women In Nutraceuticals (WIN), a nonprofit dedicated to supporting and advancing women in the nutraceutical industry. TSI Group teamed up with Stratum Nutrition, Nuritas, and AstaReal to build two sachets around the question consumers actually ask (What do I need today?) instead of around ingredient lists.

Both sachets use FZZR™. RISE + RESTORE isn't a commercial launch and won't be sold at retail. WIN president Heather Granato described it as a sign of the industry's willingness to "collaborate around consumer outcomes rather than individual brands or ingredients".

  • RISE (AM): Caffeine-Free Energy and Focus

    RISE (AM) Ingredients

    The passionfruit RISE sachet combines:

    • enfinity® paraxanthine, distributed by TSI Group. Paraxanthine is the primary metabolite your body makes from caffeine,[3] and TSI calls it the most active one. Taking it directly skips caffeine itself, but paraxanthine has its own psychostimulant profile,[4] so think caffeine-free rather than stimulant-free. In a double-blind, placebo-controlled crossover trial, 100mg and 200mg doses of enfinity® produced the most consistent improvements in measures of cognition, memory, reasoning, response time, and sustained attention compared to placebo.[5] It's the same caffeine-free angle we covered in Wyse No. 1 Founders Blend.
    • sageXtra™ from Stratum Nutrition, an extract of Salvia officinalis (common sage) standardized to 2.5% rosmarinic acid. Stratum positions it as a non-stimulant cognitive ingredient, citing support for memory and attention within an hour of a single 167mg to 333mg dose.
    • BNPURE Acerola Cherry Extract, from a fruit known as one of the most concentrated natural sources of vitamin C.
    • Sodium

To take it, dissolve one sachet in 250mL of water and let it fizz, or put four to six granules on your tongue (or chew them).

  • RESTORE (PM): Melatonin-Free Wind-Down

    RESTORE (PM) Ingredients

The cream soda RESTORE sachet combines:

    • PeptiSleep™ from Nuritas, brown rice peptides discovered with Nuritas' AI-driven Magnifier platform. Nuritas markets a 250mg dose taken 30 minutes before bed for sleep quality, including deep and REM sleep.
    • AstaReal® Astaxanthin, natural astaxanthin from the freshwater microalgae Haematococcus pluvialis, grown in Moses Lake, Washington, for antioxidant support. AstaReal says the brand has more than 85 human clinical studies behind it, and it's one of the two ingredients we covered in our TruShield™ Certified ingredients piece.
    • L-Theanine, the tea amino acid widely used for calm, relaxed focus.
    • Glycine, an amino acid that shows up in plenty of nighttime formulas.
    • Sodium

To take it, put four to six granules on your tongue and let them fizz, or chew them.

TSI hasn't published per-sachet amounts for either formula, so we can't line them up against research doses. That's reasonable for a show sample, and we'd want to see them if any of this goes to market.

How to Get a Kit

RISE + RESTORE samples are complimentary for SupplySide Global attendees at these booths:

The Format Is the Feature

Nothing at Booth 5873 changes what creatine, HMB, or paraxanthine do in your body. What changes is where they can go. A creatine that dissolves clean is now a chewable, a sprinkle, a fast melt, and a fizzing pellet. A caffeine metabolite now shares a fizzing sachet with sage and acerola.

For everyone walking the floor (especially brands and formulators), these samples are working prototypes for the next product brief. For the rest of us, they're an early look at what could be in your gym bag or supplement cabinet next year. GHOST and ATP Science have already taken OptiCreatine™ to market, and MuscleTech did the same with FZZR™. We'll be watching to see who's next.
