    Creatine's research base extends past the weight room too. A meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials found creatine supplementation improved memory performance compared to placebo in healthy adults.[5]

The creatine science here is identical to what's covered above under Monohydrate. The dose is lower by design, though: each sachet provides 1500mg, and the label calls for up to two daily for a 3g total, sitting at the lower end of the 3g to 5g range most creatine research uses to keep phosphocreatine saturation levels up. The rest of the ingredient panel (xylitol, food acids, natural flavor, and steviol glycosides) exists to make the format work rather than to add active benefits of its own.

The format is Vegan Friendly, Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Nut Free, and Non-GMO, consistent with the rest of the NOWAY!® range.

NOWAY!® Creatine Chewable Tablets: TGA-Listed and Chew-Ready

The Chewable Tablets also carry the same OptiCreatine™ as the rest of the line, delivered as a chewable instead of a powder. Two tablets a day provide 1500mg each for the same 3g total found in the Sherbet Sachets, with no water, shaker, or mixing required.

What sets this format apart is its regulatory status. The tablets are registered on Australia's Therapeutic Goods Administration listing (AUST L 523646), the country's regulatory framework for therapeutic products and a separate (and more strict) system from the FDA's framework in the US. That listing supports indications specific to the Australian market, including muscle strength, post-exercise recovery, energy production during high-intensity exercise, cognitive performance, and mood balance.

NOWAY!® Creatine Chewables

For American readers, understand that while this doesn't carry "FDA approval", it's probably more powerful and more meaningful, given Australia's stricter regulatory system. Always a good thing for international shoppers.

The tablet base itself (isomalt, maltitol, stevia, and a handful of other inactive binders and flavors) exists to hold the format together rather than to contribute an active ingredient beyond the OptiCreatine™ itself.

NOWAY!® Creatine + Electrolytes: Built for Training Days

The + Electrolytes blend pairs 3000mg of OptiCreatine™, the same dose used in the Sherbet Sachets and Chewable Tablets, with 210mg sodium and 200mg potassium in a citrus-flavored powder meant for morning training or long workdays. The creatine science is identical to the Monohydrate section above.

What's new here are the electrolytes and two supporting botanicals. Sodium and potassium are the two minerals most directly tied to fluid balance, nerve signaling, and normal muscle contraction, and replacing them alongside creatine makes sense for anyone training in heat or sweating heavily.

We love the balance here, especially as research shows how much of a shortfall nutrient potassium is.[6] Sodium's easy to eat, but making potassium taste great is a slightly harder challenge.

  • Green Tea Extract

    Green Tea Extract contains naturally occurring caffeine alongside its catechin content, which contributes to the blend's alertness angle. In a controlled study in healthy men, ingesting green tea extract before exercise increased the rate of fat oxidation compared to placebo.[7] The label doesn't disclose the exact green tea extract amount in this blend, so treat this as background on the ingredient rather than a guarantee at this specific dose.

    Panax Ginseng is one of the most widely used adaptogens in sports and cognitive supplements. In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study in moderately stressed adults, 200mg per day of ginseng root extract for three weeks reduced perceived stress and negative affect scores compared to placebo.[8] As with the green tea extract above, the label doesn't disclose the exact ginseng amount in this blend.

What's new here are magnesium, tart cherry, and L-theanine, three ingredients more associated with recovery and relaxation than acute performance.

  • Magnesium – 90mg

    Magnesium is an essential mineral that assists normal muscle function and energy metabolism, and research reviews have linked magnesium status to muscle performance markers like grip strength and jumping ability.[9] Most of the higher-dose magnesium research uses amounts well above the 90mg here, so this contribution is better read as a general top-up than a dose matched to any single clinical trial.

  • Tart Cherry – 500mg

    Tart Cherry is a polyphenol-rich fruit extract studied mainly for exercise recovery. In a controlled crossover study using the same 500-milligram daily dose found in this blend, seven days of powdered tart cherry extract before intense resistance exercise significantly reduced post-exercise oxidative stress and markers of muscle damage compared with placebo, while also helping preserve handgrip strength 24 hours later.[10]

  • L-Theanine

    L-Theanine is an amino acid found naturally in tea leaves, best known for promoting a calm, relaxed state without drowsiness. In an early but frequently cited human study, oral doses between 50mg and 200mg generated alpha brain waves, a marker linked to relaxed wakefulness, within about 40 minutes of ingestion.[11] The label doesn't disclose the exact L-theanine amount in this blend, but it's a great one to take alongside magnesium in the evening.
