PLT Health Solutions Brings Experiential Longevity, Kinexa, and Mango Tango to SupplySide Global 2026

PLT Health Solutions Brings Experiential Longevity, Kinexa, and Mango Tango to SupplySide Global 2026

PLT Health Solutions is back at SupplySide Global 2026, Booth #4855, with 30+ clinically supported ingredients and its Experiential Longevity platform. Kinexa debuts with MRI-validated joint data, and Zynamite S is in a Mango Tango RTD.

PLT Health Solutions is heading back to Las Vegas for SupplySide Global 2026, returning to Booth #4855 at Mandalay Bay with more than 30 clinically supported branded ingredients and one clear headline: its Experiential Longevity™ platform.[1] Education sessions run October 26 to 30, and the expo hall is open for three days this year, October 28 to 30.

For the first time at SupplySide, PLT will be talking about Kinexa Joint Longevity Complex and the MRI-validated clinical study behind it. Dr. Jeremy Appleton is giving a longevity talk on the opening expo day, Zynamite S gets a show floor activation through PLT's Mango Tango concept drink, and the PLT Experience Zone returns with prototype beverages, gummies, and stick packs.

It's been a busy year on the road for the Morristown, NJ ingredient supplier. PLT brought a new joint ingredient and fresh Zynamite S data to Natural Products Expo West 2026, sampled six functional beverages at IFT First 2026, exhibited at Vitafoods Asia for the first time, and served as a title sponsor at the inaugural Future Nutra Innovation Summit in September.

SupplySide comes one year after PLT's turn as the show's official performance beverage sponsor, which we covered in our SupplySide Global 2025 recap.

Experiential Longevity Takes the Lead

PLT Health Solutions Launches the Longevity Research Initiative Around Its Experiential Longevity Platform

PLT Health's Experiential Longevity™ platform delivers near-term benefits consumers can feel while foundational cellular work pays off over a lifetime.

PLT launched its Longevity Initiative in April 2026 around two connected tracks: cellular longevity, which targets the biology of aging with mechanistic, biomarker-driven solutions, and Experiential Longevity, which translates those mechanisms into benefits people can feel in daily life. We broke down the strategy in our Experiential Longevity platform article.

At SupplySide, they're taking that idea further with new clinical study analysis that connects age-related biology to body-system performance and, ultimately, to the everyday experiences consumers understand.[1] For formulators, the logic is simple: A longevity product is easier to sell (and easier to stick with) when customers notice something in weeks instead of waiting decades on a promise.

Jennifer Murphy, M.S., R.D., PLT's Head of Innovation and Clinical Science, described where the approach starts:

"Experiential Longevity leverages mechanisms targeting the root causes of aging at the cellular level"[1]

-- Jennifer Murphy

Four ingredients anchor the platform at this year's booth.

  • Kinexa Joint Longevity Complex

Kinexa is the joint piece. An extremely impressive study shows that it improves cartilage cell biology and whole-joint structural integrity for stronger joints with greater comfort, less stiffness, and more confident movement. This is its SupplySide debut, so it gets its own section below.

  • Nutricog Cognitive Performance Complex

PLT Health's Cognitive Ingredients with Dr. Jeremy Appleton and Steve Fink on the PricePlow Podcast

Dive into PLT Health's cognitive platform with Steve Fink and Dr. Jeremy Appleton, exploring Zynamite, Zembrin, and Vanizem's impact on brain health in Episode #146 of the PricePlow Podcast

Nutricog covers the brain. PLT describes it as supporting cholinergic and neurotrophic signaling and healthy neuroimmune balance, which are involved in processing efficiency, attention, working memory, learning, and recall. Steve Fink and Dr. Appleton walked through PLT's cognitive portfolio on Episode #146 of the PricePlow Podcast, which is a good primer before you hit the floor.

  • Strengthera Muscle Maintenance and Vitality

Strengthera targets muscle. According to PLT, it supports pathways involved in protein synthesis and mitochondrial biogenesis, which back up strength, stamina, fatigue resistance, and walking capacity as people age. Our Strengthera deep dive linked above covers its 12-week trial in adults aged 55 to 70, where Strengthera plus exercise produced a 4.2 times greater improvement in lower body strength than exercise alone. That angle's definitely getting more attention as GLP-1 users look to hold onto muscle.

  • TestFACTOR

TestFACTOR, PLT's combination of mango and East Indian Globe Thistle (Sphaeranthus indicus) extracts, supports steroidogenesis, nitric oxide signaling, and mitochondrial function according to PLT, with benefits for testosterone availability, cellular energy, and physical vitality.[1] It's already in finished products like Jocko Fuel's Combat Tested 3.0 and MuscleTech's Test Peptide T10, and we covered its sexual health study in 2025.

PLT's pitch is that these four let brands build products that support capacity earlier in life and help preserve it later on.

Dr. Appleton's Longevity Talk

PLT Health Solutions SupplySide Global 2025 Recap: New Zynamite S Data, CREATEA Collab, and the Future of Performance Beverages

Clinical data on Zynamite S shows cognitive and mood benefits within 30 minutes, lasting 3-5 hours. PLT Health Solutions presented research at SupplySide Global 2025 and featured it in CREATEA Mighty Mango. Water-soluble, non-stimulant mental energy.

Longevity dominates natural products conversations right now, but what does it actually mean for consumers, product developers, and marketers? Dr. Jeremy Appleton, ND, PLT's Director of Medical & Scientific Affairs, takes on that question in Defining the Longevity Opportunity: Cellular and Experiential Solutions. The session runs Wednesday, October 28 from 11:00 to 11:20 a.m. at Product Development Theater A (Booth #7915).

According to the session description PLT shared with us, Appleton will make the case that longevity innovation has to go beyond cellular health, and beyond lifespan, toward healthspan. The Experiential Longevity model starts with cellular mechanisms tied to the recognized Hallmarks of Aging, shows measurable effects on body-system performance and tissue health, and aims for improvements people feel in mobility, activity, and overall wellness.

Appleton also gave last year's Zynamite S presentation at the Product Development Theater, as we noted in our 2025 recap. At 20 minutes, it's an easy add to your first expo day.

Kinexa and PLT's Joint Health Portfolio

Kinexa: PLT Health's Whole-Joint Longevity Complex, Backed by MRI-Validated Clinical Science

Most joint supplements measure how your knees feel. Kinexa measured what is actually happening inside. Cartilage, ligaments, menisci, synovium, and subchondral bone. All five. One study. MRI-confirmed.

Kinexa is the ingredient we'd ask about first. It's a patented combination of standardized haritaki (Terminalia chebula), turmeric (Curcuma longa), and Indian frankincense (Boswellia serrata) extracts taken at 200mg per day, and its clinical program looked at the joint itself instead of relying only on comfort scores.

In the six-month randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study, 100 adults aged 40 to 75 with Grade II or III knee osteoarthritis took 200mg of Kinexa or placebo daily. Alongside the standard comfort and function questionnaires, researchers used MRI techniques rarely seen in dietary supplement research. PLT reports a 10% improvement in cartilage thickness, a 24% improvement in knee strength, and improvements across five joint structures: cartilage, menisci, ligaments, synovium, and subchondral bone. The full WORMS and dGEMRIC imaging breakdown is in our Kinexa deep dive.

Dr. Appleton summed up the thinking behind the program in four words when Kinexa launched in March:

"Joint longevity is ultimately structural."[2]

-- Jeremy Appleton

Instaflex was first to market with Kinexa at its full 200mg dose in Instaflex Complete, and PLT took the next-generation grade to Bangkok for its Vitafoods Asia debut in September. Two more joint ingredients round out the portfolio PLT is bringing to Las Vegas.

PLT Health Solutions Heads to Vitafoods Asia 2026 as a First-Time Exhibitor, Debuting Next-Gen Kinexa in Asia

PLT Health Solutions exhibits at Vitafoods Asia for the first time, bringing the next-generation Kinexa Joint Longevity Complex to Booth H6-K58 in Bangkok.

  • AprèsFlex 5-Day Joint Support

AprèsFlex is PLT's fast-acting Boswellia extract for joint comfort and cartilage health, backed by four clinical studies at a low dose. It keeps landing in new products, including Grow in Health's KumbreX GROW FLEX and Kollo Health's FLEX+ this year. Strom Sports explained why it built around AprèsFlex on Episode #187 of the PricePlow Podcast, recorded at PLT's Morristown headquarters.

  • Dynagenix and the Joint Chews

Dynagenix Muscle+Joint Formula is the water-soluble, neutral-tasting Boswellia built for drinks and other modern formats. Its 2025 study showed improvements in joint comfort, stiffness, and function as early as five days after starting 40mg per day. Dynagenix and Kinexa both work in chews, too, and we showed what that can look like in Kinexa and Dynagenix Chews from PLT Health. For a side-by-side of every Boswellia format PLT offers, see our joint health platform overview.

Mango Tango and Zynamite S

Last year, Zynamite S starred in CREATEA Mighty Mango, the collaborative concept drink PricePlow's Ben Kane spearheaded for SupplySide Global 2025 (the panel discussion is on Episode #189). This year, PLT is running its own Zynamite S activation with Mango Tango, a 12oz canned RTD the company developed as a proof-of-concept drink for the show.[1] PLT's team tells us attendees will be able to sample it across the show floor in both RTD and stick pack formats.

PLT Health Announces New Zynamite S Study: Enhanced Cognitive Performance with Just One Dose

PLT Health Solutions' new Zynamite S research shows impressive cognitive benefits. This water-soluble mango leaf extract improves processing speed, cognitive flexibility, and mood with effects lasting up to 5 hours after just one dose.

If the name rings a bell, Mango Tango was one of the six drinks PLT poured at IFT First 2026 in July.

The Zynamite S Research

Zynamite S is the water-soluble form of Zynamite, a mango leaf (Mangifera indica) extract standardized to at least 60% mangiferin that PLT brings to market with innovation partner Nektium Pharma. Solubility is the whole point, since it lets the ingredient go into RTDs and shots where taste and clarity matter.

It's also backed by two human trials on the soluble form. In the first, 119 university students took single 100mg or 150mg doses in a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled crossover study, and both doses improved processing speed, cognitive flexibility, and several mood measures over a five-hour testing window.[3] The replication trial PLT unveiled at last year's show has since been published in Pharmaceuticals. In 88 healthy adults aged 18 to 25, a single 100mg dose improved mental processing speed, attention, and cognitive flexibility, with some effects detectable at 30 minutes and benefits lasting through five hours.[4]

We covered that second study when it was first announced in PLT Health's Second Zynamite S Study Confirms Fast-Acting Cognitive Benefits, and we've tracked the ingredient's move into finished drinks in Zynamite in the Wild: Four RTDs and our energy drink case study. For non-stim energy in a can, it's one of the better-supported options out there.

The PLT Experience Zone Returns

The PLT Experience Zone is back at the booth, putting PLT ingredients into the formats people actually buy, including RTDs, gummies, and stick packs. PLT says the experiences cover physical and mental energy, mood, sports, cognitive performance, and more, each built on one of its fast-acting, beverage-friendly, clinically supported ingredients.[1]

PLT Health Solutions Brings Experiential Longevity, Kinexa, and Mango Tango to SupplySide Global 2026

According to PLT's team, the beverage lineup will be available as RTDs, with more than six prototype drinks built on PLT ingredients. For a sense of what PLT has been pouring, its IFT First lineup paired Tropical Island with Zembrin, Summer Berry with Rhodiolife, Watermelon with cellflo6, Isn't Life Grape with MegaNatural-BP, and a protein-infused RTD with Supresa, alongside Mango Tango. Brett Bernier, PLT's Director of Sports and Active Nutrition, made the performance case for cellflo6 on Episode #212 of the PricePlow Podcast.

Most of the 30-plus ingredients PLT is bringing are considered beverage-friendly, a portfolio we first mapped out in PLT Health's Beverage Stable Ingredients.

Find PLT Health at Booth #4855

According to the legendary Steve Fink, PLT's Vice President of Marketing, the company's SupplySide lineup is built around leading consumer health trends, with clinically supported ingredients that work across a range of formats, and the team wants to help established brands and start-ups alike build differentiated products.[1] Between Kinexa's imaging data, a newly published Zynamite S replication trial, and a longevity platform centered on benefits people can feel, there's plenty to talk about.

If you're at Mandalay Bay October 28 to 30, put Booth #4855 on your list, and catch Dr. Appleton's talk Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. To set up a meeting at the show, visit PLT's website.
