Mick’s Myokem Magnitropin Log – Week 2

This is the first week update in Mick’s log of the Magnitropin anabolic supplement from Myokem. Mick is not being paid, but he did not pay for the supplement either (it was given to him by us at PricePlow).

Well this was a sad week when you look at those numbers, but numbers sometimes lie and this is not a sprint. Just two day ago my quads started doing the twitch dance that my back was doing. Though it was primarily on my right quad, it was definitely there and for a couple of days afterwards. I’m guessing that my right leg does most of the hauling on my leg day.

Hunger stays – Added a new meal!

The product achieved it goal of making me hungry. I’ve wised up and instead of eating just three meals a day not including the shakes, I would take one serving after breakfast and the next serving after dinner allowing me to freely eat a FORTH MEAL!!!

The down side to this is that I have not prepared all my meals like a good bodybuilder should and I’ve eaten out once everyday, post workout chicken nuggets anyone?

This has me thinking though, if you are a actually compete and plan out all your meals, your results would probably much greater than mine. I simple don’t have dedication to go to such lengths to prepare all those meals, and just for me no less. I have three 2 other people in my house who want to eat, and chicken and rice won’t cut it everyday.

Other than a new spot where my muscle twitch (no longer in my back but in my quads), there’s nothing new to report in this weekly log. I have started using Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex Gainer to my supplements (cause I’m so freak-in hungry lol), but I only used three times when I know I’m on the road and don’e have access to food. I consider it just calories — a food supplement and not a true supplement, same category as whey protein.
