The Power of nooLVL From Nutrition21
There’s a growing number of gaming supplements on the market, but the ones that perform the best include the clinically studied dose of nooLVL, which is 1.6g.

More Inositol, More Brain Power
The standard dose of Nitrosigine is 1.5g, whereas nooLVL is 1.6g — the extra 100mg comes from an increased amount of inositol! It turns out that inositol is a key component of brain function, and adding an extra amount makes it prime for boosting gaming performance. Inositol is an essential carbocyclic sugar that’s primarily found in the brain and is involved in several key physiological processes, including cell signaling, cell membrane stabilization, and osmoregulation.[4,5]
Nutrition21 also makes nooLVL, and it’s one of the top ingredients for egaming supplements!
Studies have shown that inositol enhances cognitive function through stimulation of a secondary messenger pathway called the phosphatidylinositol (PI) cycle.[5] The PI cycle is utilized to translate signals between cells and neurons, thus it’s essential for both fine and gross motor movement patterns, reaction time, decision making, accuracy, and focus — all crucial components of optimal gaming performance.[5]
Why gamers thrive on more inositol – our theory on depletion
Though there’s no research on this yet, we theorize that long bouts of mentally demanding tasks, such as gaming, depletes levels of inositol. Therefore, supplying an extra amount through supplementation can make a big difference on overall cognitive function. Low levels of inositol have a strong correlation with anxiety and depression because it plays a key role in maintaining a balance between dopamine and serotonin.[6]
