Core Nutritionals Pump and Fury Get SANGRIA Flavor

Core Nutritionals has a new Sangria flavor system in both Core Pump and Core Fury, and if it’s anything like what we’ve seen from some other products the team has made recently, it’s going to be a must-try flavor system for pre workout users!

Core Nutritionals Sangria

Core Nutritionals has released a SANGRIA flavor of their pre workouts, Pump and Fury. If this is anything like the Merica Labz version, then look out!

Sangria joins the Core Nutritionals flavor menu

Our story actually starts with Core Nutritionals’ offshoot brand, Merica Labz, where the brand launched a more aggressive fat burning pre workout named Napalm Red White & Boom. Not only did this thermogenic pre workout feel great, it tasted insanely great – at least the “Saigon Sangria” flavor system we tried.

You can watch our Napalm Red White and Boom review on YouTube, but the point is this: if this new Core Sangria flavor system is anything like that one, you’re in for a treat.

We briefly discuss these two products below, but first, see PricePlow’s prices and sign up for our Core Nutritionals news alerts – they’re headed for a major year:

What is Sangria?

Sangria

Core’s going for something like this, minus some of the garnish on top

Sangria is an alcoholic punch beverage that generally consists of red wine mixed with chopped fruit and often other spirits such as brandy. The chopped fruit mixture usually contains a citrus fruit like an orange along with some berries, but there are numerous ways to mix it.

The Merica Labz Saigon Sangria version

With the Saigon Sangria flavor of Napalm Red White & Boom, Merica Labz shows an image of a cocktail glass with fruit punch, orange, and a bit of tropical fruit like pineapple. There may be a dash of peach inside as well. Whatever the exact recipe is, it’s downright incredible, and this comes from a team at PricePlow that normally isn’t into too much citrus.

We hope Core Nutritionals kept it close to the Merica Labz recipe, and given the image on their tub, there’s a good chance it is.

A bit about Core Fury

Core Fury Sangria

Judging by the picture, Core Fury Sangria will be like a strong fruit punch mixed with more citrus and a dash of tropical fruit to even it out

Core Fury is a stimulant-driven pre workout supplement that has efficacious doses of muscle building ingredients and a harder hitting energy and focus blend than your average pre workout supplement. It brings the following benefits:

  • Energy from Caffeine (350mg in a full two scoop serving) and Halostachine
  • Nitric Oxide Pumps from L-Citrulline and VasoDrive-AP
  • Muscle Building from Creatine Monohydrate and Betaine
  • Focus from L-Tyrosine, Citicoline, Huperzine A, and Pregnenolone
  • Cell Hydration and “Water Pumps” from Glycerol and Betaine

What we love about Core Fury, on top of its unique focus blend that includes the “neurosteroid” pregnenolone, is that it gives an efficacious 5 gram dose of creatine alongside 2.5 grams betaine in every two-scoop serving. This knocks out two important clinical muscle building doses in one hit.

A bit about Core Pump

Core Pump is a well-rounded stimulant-free pre workout supplement that brings a mixture of the following benefits:

  • Nitric Oxide Pumps from L-Citrulline and Betaine Nitrate
  • Endurance from Beta Alanine and the PeakO2 mushroom blend
  • Cell Hydration and “Water Pumps” from Glycerol
  • Focus and Strength from Alpha GPC
Core Pump Sangria

No stimulants with your sangria? No problem.

Core Pump can be stacked with Core Fury above, a fat burner, energy drink, or you can keep it stimulant-free with Core Sear to add in some additional fat oxidation.

It’s time for a summertime sangria

      Core Sangria

Doug Miller has a really good thing going on out there — with three booming brands, he can use them to bounce ideas off of each other, taking what works in one brand and employing it into another one. In this case, it was Merica Labz’ Saigon Sangria flavor system, which is simply too good to leave to an aggressive (and relatively pricey) 2-in-1 fat burning pre workout.

If you were told that you could only use one man’s pre-workouts for the rest of your life, you’d have to consider Doug Miller as a top contender. Whether it’s from Core, Merica Labz, or Arms Race Nutrition, you’d be in a good place for a very long time. Don’t sleep on any of these pre workouts.

But if you were to ask us which flavor, our answer is easy: when it’s summertime, it’s sangria time.
