ProSupps is a brand that has earned a reputation for novel and exciting formulas. They’re not afraid of pushing the envelope and using new, promising ingredients in their supplements. After all, the brand targets the serious athlete, and the serious athlete needs to find an edge beyond what everyone else is doing.
We’ve covered a few of the legendary brand’s formulas in the past, like the ProSupps Thermo fat burner and their new lower-stim Jekyll pre-workout. In both formulas, the brand included ingredients from Aura Scientific – an ingredient manufacturer on the cutting edge of performance formulation.
Whereas Jekyll was a moderate, balanced pre-workout option for those who didn’t want to get over-stimmed, ProSupps also has a high-octane pre-workout built around the same heavy-hitting ingredients – plus, well, a lot more. And this one is not named “Hyde”!
Pro Supps Pro Series: Infinite Pre Workout
Infinite Pre is part of ProSupps’ Pro Series – a line built for professionals in partnership with sponsored bodybuilder Andrei Deiu. This is fitting, as Infinite is loaded. With ingredients like EndoFlo, NeuroRush, Cognizin, Zynamite, and RipFACTOR, the formula is impressive.
Interestingly, the total caffeine content is 280 milligrams, which is a moderate dose, but it’s backed by a double yohimbe blend. In other words, you’ll definitely be feeling it.
We’ll dive into how ProSupps Infinite Pre Workout works, but first, let’s check PricePlow for good ProSupps deals and watch our video review of the new flavor:

ProSupps Infinite Pre Workout Ingredients
Each 2 scoop (15.88g) serving of Infinite Pre contains the following ingredients:
-
L-Citrulline – 6g
Citrulline, a conditionally essential amino acid, plays a key role in enhancing nitric oxide (NO) production,[1] which is crucial during intense training or metabolic stress. Citrulline converts efficiently into arginine, boosting NO levels.[2,3] This leads to vasodilation, improving blood flow, oxygen, and nutrient delivery to tissues while removing metabolic byproducts, which enhances athletic performance, endurance, and recovery.[4-6]
Research shows that citrulline supplementation can increase power,[7] prolong exercise endurance,[8] reduce muscle soreness,[8] boost growth hormone secretion,[9] and promote muscle synthesis.[10,11] It also helps minimize amino acid breakdown during exercise.
6 grams is quite a nice dose – the lowest clinically-supported dose is 2.4 grams, and we’re well beyond that. Most athletes are happy with 4 grams or more, but the Pro Series demands more.
-
Beta Alanine – 3.2g
Beta-alanine is a popular endurance-boosting supplement that works by increasing carnosine levels in muscle tissue. Carnosine helps neutralize lactic acid, which builds up during anaerobic activity and leads to muscle fatigue.[12] Since taking carnosine directly is ineffective due to its low bioavailability, beta-alanine supplementation is the best way to boost carnosine stores, improving endurance by delaying fatigue.[12-14] Meta-analyses of studies on beta-alanine show its effectiveness for exercises lasting 30 seconds to 10 minutes.[13,14]
-
L-Tyrosine – 1.5g
Tyrosine is an effective anti-stress supplement with nootropic benefits, serving as a precursor to catecholamine neurotransmitters like dopamine, adrenaline, and noradrenaline,[15-17] which are vital for focus, motivation, and energy. It also supports thyroid function by boosting the production of thyroid hormones, T3 and T4, helping mitigate the stress from dieting and exercise.[18,19] Notably, research shows that tyrosine can significantly restore cognitive function in sleep-deprived individuals, making it more effective than caffeine in counteracting the negative effects of lack of sleep on mental performance.[20,21]
-
RipFactor – 325mg
RipFACTOR is a synergistic blend of two botanicals, Mangifera indica (mango fruit) and Sphaeranthus indicus (Indian globe thistle), developed to enhance muscle performance and hormonal balance. These extracts are recognized for their antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and adaptogenic properties, which are critical in supporting recovery, strength, and endurance. The ingredient has been found to increase strength,[22] reduce cortisol, and even boost testosterone.[23]
Studies highlight RipFACTOR’s effectiveness in boosting strength, endurance, and even testosterone levels, while significantly lowering cortisol. For instance, in one trial, subjects experienced a 30% improvement in grip strength and a 17% increase in free testosterone over 56 days, alongside a marked decrease in cortisol—an indicator of RipFACTOR’s stress-mitigating potential.
This blend may work through pathways that enhance nitric oxide stability, vasodilation, and an anabolic response, thereby creating a conducive environment for muscular growth and recovery — perfect for a pre-workout supplement.
-
Caffeine Anhydrous – 250mg (of 268mg total yield)
Caffeine is a potent methylxanthine stimulant that crosses the blood-brain barrier, exerting strong effects on the central nervous system. It enhances mood, focus, and energy by blocking adenosine receptors, which prevents the buildup of adenosine that causes fatigue.[24,25]
Caffeine also boosts cellular metabolism by inhibiting phosphodiesterase, leading to increased levels of cAMP, which promotes energy production.[24,26,27] Additionally, caffeine is a powerful fat burner, capable of increasing fat burning by up to 50%,[28,29] and can enhance physical performance by improving strength, speed, and endurance.[25,28-30]
-
EndoFlo – 250mg
EndoFlo, developed by Aura Scientific, is a proprietary blend of four botanical extracts designed to enhance vasodilation and circulation.
- The first ingredient, mango fruit extract (Mangifera indica), is standardized for mangiferin, which acts as a PDE5 inhibitor, increasing cGMP levels for smooth muscle relaxation and improved blood flow.[31-36] Research also supports its cardiovascular benefits and ability to enhance blood flow to the skin,[34,35] making it a versatile and health-boosting compound. Since this is also in RipFACTOR, we’re going to get some extra mangiferin in the Infinite Pre-Workout!
- The second ingredient, black ginger (Kaempferia parviflora), contains the bioactive flavonoid 5,7-dimethoxyflavone (DMF), which has cardioprotective and vasodilatory effects through PDE5 inhibition.[36-39] Black ginger is also linked to improvements in muscular endurance,[40,41] strength,[42,43] and flexibility.[44] The DMF in black ginger has shown anabolic properties in preclinical trials, suggesting it may support strength gains.[43,44]
- The third ingredient is ginkgo biloba. Known for enhancing memory through improved cerebral blood flow,[45,46] ginkgo biloba also inhibits PDE5 and PDE4,[47] providing broad cardioprotective benefits.
- Pine bark extract, rich in proanthocyanidins and antioxidants, is commonly used for its vasodilatory effects and ability to reduce vessel constriction,[48,49] making it a supportive “defensive” component for overall cardiovascular health.
EndoFlo is also in the lower-stim ProSupps Jekyll, but if you really want to learn more, see our full deep dive, “EndoFlo: Enhancing Vascular Health, Pumps, and Workout Performance“.
-
Cognizin – 250mg
Choline is essential for forming the phospholipid bilayer membranes of cells, regulating what enters and exits, and is also a precursor to acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter vital for learning and memory. Increasing acetylcholine levels enhances both cognitive and psychomotor performance. [50-52]
Cognizin, a patented form of citicoline from Kyowa Hakko, is unique in its ability to support brain health by promoting acetylcholine and three crucial phospholipids: phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, and phosphatidylserine, which are necessary for membrane synthesis.[53] Citicoline is especially important for brain function, as it is a rate-limiting factor in phosphatidylcholine production, making it more effective than other choline supplements.[54,55]
-
NeuroRush – 150mg
ProSupps isn’t done with the Aura Scientific ingredients just yet!
The Infinite Pre also includes NeuroRush, a coffee fruit extract offering cognitive and mental performance benefits. NeuroRush is standardized to contain 50% chlorogenic acid and 5-caffeoylquinic acid, which enhance mental energy and reduce fatigue. A 2019 study showed that 100 mg of coffee fruit extract could significantly reduce mental fatigue and maintain alertness after demanding tasks,[56] with higher doses providing even more intense effects. Coffee fruit extract is also praised for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, contributing to cognitive performance and mood improvement.[57-59]
Chlorogenic acid, a key component of coffee fruit extracts, is known for its mood-enhancing and cognitive benefits. Research shows that chlorogenic acid helps improve focus and mental energy,[56] making it a great addition to pre-workouts or fat burners, even in low-stimulant formulas. Two additional studies have demonstrated that beverages containing chlorogenic acids provide immediate cognitive and mood enhancements.[57,58]
Coffee fruit extracts like NeuroRush are backed by strong safety research, giving them broad appeal, even among cautious supplement users.[59,60]
NeuroRush is also in ProSupps Jekyll as well as ProSupps Thermo. Notice a trend — the ProSupps resurgence is really leaning into these ingredients… and it’s working!
We’ll have a lot more information on NeuroRush soon – word is that Aura Scientific is putting some serious money into its research!
-
Zynamite – 75mg
Zynamite, an extract from the mango tree (Mangifera indica), contains bioactive compounds that can cross the blood-brain barrier and enhance long-term memory formation by upregulating long-term potentiation.[61] It may have synergistic effects with caffeine, improving cognition and potentially replacing caffeine’s nootropic role.[61]
Studies also suggest that Zynamite, especially when combined with ingredients like luteolin and quercetin, can enhance athletic performance by improving VO2 max, power output, and oxygen uptake,[62-64] while also reducing muscle damage and accelerating recovery.
-
Infinergy – 50mg
Infinergy (dicaffeine malate) is a blend of caffeine and malic acid, usually in a 75:25 ratio, designed to provide a smoother, longer-lasting energy boost while reducing side effects like jitters or stomach discomfort. The malic acid acts as a buffer, slowing caffeine absorption. In contrast, caffeine anhydrous delivers a faster but shorter-lasting energy spike.
-
AstraGin – 50mg
AstraGin is included to try to help improve the absorption of the other ingredients in the Infinite Pre formula. This is a proprietary blend of ginseng and astragalus.
-
zumXR – 25mg
zumXR is an extended release form of caffeine to even out the stimulation curve and keep you going for longer. This isn’t a large dose, but will add another 18 milligrams of caffeine or so.
The real zingers come next:
-
Alpha-Yohimbine (2.5mg)
Rauwolfia, often standardized for the stimulant alkaloid rauwolscine (also known as alpha-yohimbine or “alpha-yo”), is similar to yohimbine and acts as an alpha-2 adrenergic receptor antagonist.[61,62] By blocking these receptors, rauwolscine promotes the release of fatty acids from fat stores,[63,64] enhancing fat burning and weight loss. It has also been shown to suppress appetite[65] and boost energy availability, with some evidence suggesting it may improve focus.[66]
Although effective, rauwolscine can cause feelings of anxiousness and increased thermogenesis in some individuals, so it’s recommended to start with a low dose to assess tolerance.
-
Yohimbine (2.5mg)
Most of the same benefits as Alpha-Yohimbine apply for yohimbine, although yohimbine HCl is often less “aggressive” than alpha-yohimbine. Together, these serve up quite a punch — especially given the large doses!

The ProSupps Resurgence Brings Aura Scientific to the Masses
Some ingredients – like citrulline, beta alanine, and caffeine – have so much research behind them that it would be silly not to include them by default in a pre-workout. This doesn’t mean, however, that there isn’t room to innovate. Outfits like Aura Scientific have been doing so for years, and the fruit has been obvious in ingredients like EndoFlo and NeuroRush.
Out there on the frontier of supplement science, the men in lab coats are creating the next generations of performance ingredients, and brands would be wise to follow in the footsteps of early movers like ProSupps.
