Full As F*ck Ingredients
There’s no hiding behind prop blends here. Rich & Co. have spelled out everything line, chapter, and verse all in reasonably effective doses. Get those pythons ready boys and girls, it’s time to blow them up!
-
L-Citrulline (4g)
Rich’s latest product will have so much N.O. pumping through your body you can’t help but get a pump just by looking at it.
When it comes to proven N.O. boosters, it doesn’t get much better than pure L-Citrulline. It’s virtually replaced L-Arginine as the “go-to” amino for increased N.O. production thanks to its greater bioavailability in the body.[1,2,3]
Greater N.O. production not only enhances blood flow to your muscles, but also gives a pretty stellar pump in the process. Citrulline is also a pretty good endurance booster in part due its role as an intermediary in the Krebs Cycle.
It helps prevent ammonia buildup in muscles, which can negatively impact athletic performance. Citrulline also enhances endurance and overall ATP production which provides more “staying power” into the latter portions of your workouts.[4,5,6]
-
L-Taurine (2g)
Taurine is a conditionally essential amino acid found predominantly in the brain, heart, and skeletal muscles of the body. As such, it’s easy to see that while it is “conditionally essential” it can become quickly depleted during high intensity exercise, such as weight lifting, and would need to be replenished.
Taurine functions as a cell volumizer in the body that helps to draw in additional water to the muscles.[7] This contributes to the water-based pumps so frequently seen with glycerol supplementation pre workout. Other research gives evidence that taurine can reduce symptoms of the dreaded delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS)[8] as well as enhance focus.[9]
-
Agmatine Sulfate (1g)
The Agmatine Pathway is complex, but that’s because it’s really more of a neurotransmitter / neuromodulator than just a “nitric oxide booster”
Heads up folks, we’ve got a serious dose of Agmatine here! More often than not, companies will only include the standard dose of 500mg of Agmatine in pre workouts. That’s not good enough for Rich though, you’re getting a full gram of this multi-faceted ingredient.
Agmatine is the ultimate “pump-sustainer” in pre workouts as it prevents the breakdown of L-Arginine[10] the amino acid responsible for nitric oxide production in the body. This helps to create a stronger, denser, and longer lasting pump during your workout.
Lastly, agmatine also functions as a neurotransmitter/neuroregulator in the brain which offers cognitive benefits as well enhanced memory formation.[11]
-
Glycerol Monostearate (1g)
If there’s one spot to knock Full As F*ck, it’s right here. Glycerol Monostearate (GMS) used to be the choice form of glycerol used in pump-based pre workouts; however, it’s long been surpassed by the higher quality, and better dissolving, HydroMax.
GMS only contains between 10-25% glycerol, with the rest coming from saturated fats, while HydroMax contains 65% glycerol[12], giving you much better water based pumps and mixability in solution.
Regardless, glycerol also acts as a cell volumizer in the body, similar to taurine discussed above, that will attract additional water into the cells. Aside from pumps, glycerol also improves endurance and hydration levels in the body.[13,14]
-
Dan-Shen Extract (650mg)
Danshen (Salvia Miltiorrhiza) is a Traditional Chinese Medicine used to support heart health and circulation. This herb is also a potent vasodilator, especially in coronary arteries, where it’s been documented to inhibit platelet aggregation, improve microcirculation and protect the myocardium from injury due to ischemia.[15,16,17]
Improved circulation throughout the body will help deliver additional oxygen and nutrients to the surrounding muscles of the body, keeping them fresher longer in your workouts helping to extend your endurance and delay fatigue.
-
Beet Root Powder (500mg)
Beet root powder is extracted from beets for its high nitrate content. Nitrates have been well documented to help boost nitric oxide levels in the body as well as enhance exercise performance and helping offset fatigue.[18]
The dose here isn’t the greatest, as you won’t really get all that many nitrates from 500mg of beet root powder, but it’s being used in conjunction with a TON of other N.O. boosters so it’s here more as a backup QB than a starter.
-
L-Norvaline (250mg)
L-Norvaline is a derivative of the BCAA L-Valine known to improve blood flow and enhance overall cardiovascular function. Similar to Agmatine, Norvaline is also a “extender.”
Norvaline inhibits Arginase, the enzyme responsible for Arginine’s breakdown.[19] The longer Arginine stays active in the body, the more nitric oxide produced meaning greater blood flow, nutrient transport, and PUMPS!
-
Hesperidin (100mg)
Full As F*ck is available NOW. If you’re in the market to try a new stim-free pump pre, now’s the time to act.
Hesperidin is a polyphenol found in citrus fruits that’s been investigated for its heart-healthy effects in the body. This flavonoid protects against endothelial dysfunction and reduces circulating markers of inflammation in the body.[20,21] Hesperidin is able to perform both of these actions as a result of its ability to stimulate nitric oxide production in the body.
As you can see, we’ve got more N.O. boosters in here than you can shake a stick at!
-
BioPerine (5mg)
BioPerine is the nearly universally included patented black pepper extract that helps the body absorb the other nutrients, aminos, and extracts included in dietary supplements.
Flavors Available
5%ers will be able to purchase Full As F*ck in one of four 30 serving flavors which includes two mundane flavors in: Fruit Punch and Blue Raspberry, and two more intriguing flavors: Wildberry and Pomegranate.
Pro-Tip: Enhance Your Pumps with Carbs!
One last thing: if you want an explosive pump, don’t forget to get your carbs in pre workout – before you take this! If you’re short on time or want something different yet real, then check out Rich Piana’s REAL FOOD (see our 5% Nutrition Real Food Review here). 30-50g carbs 30-60 minutes pre workout will help you perform and pump better – tweak the dose and timing to your size and preferences!
Takeaway
Full As F*ck packs about as many nitric oxide boosters as you possibly can into a single product. If this doesn’t get your blood flowing and veins gorging, you might as well not even have a pulse. It’s also stim-free making it perfect for a late night workout session or stacked with Rich’s other pre workouts 5150 and Kill It!
