GHOST Legend V3 Pre-Workout Collab With Welch’s Grape!

It’s collaboration season and it has been a doozy of a week for GHOST. On October 23rd, GHOST launched the fifth installment of their collaboration with Christian Guzman, famed social media athlete, which resulted in two new SKUs for your gym bag: GHOST CG Focus in a new strawberry lime flavor, and a brand new pre-workout in the form of GHOST CG Pre.

We have another returning collab coming down the pike, launching on October 25th. GHOST’s collaboration with Welch’s began in 2019 with the release of the Welch’s Grape flavor for GHOST Amino.

Welch’s Grape, stemming from the iconic fruit juice adorning the pantries of Americans everywhere, was a hit for GHOST Amino. Now, we get to enjoy the same delicious and memorable flavor with Legend V3. It’s dense, pure, and mixes perfectly.

GHOST Legend V3 – How It Works

Each 14g scoop of Legend V3 contains the following ingredients:

• L-citrulline (4000mg): Boasts potent nitric oxide boosting properties. It not only enhances performance and promotes a pump effect but also plays a role in ammonia clearance, theoretically reducing fatigue.
• Beta-alanine (3200mg): The mild tingling sensation (known as paresthesia) experienced when taking Legend V3 is due to the 3.2-gram dose of beta-alanine, a common ingredient in pre-workouts. Beta-alanine helps increase muscle carnosine levels, which in turn buffers lactic acid buildup, enhancing endurance during exercises lasting from 30 seconds to 10 minutes, as supported by research.
• Nitrosigine (1500mg): A patented ingredient by Nutrition21, combines L-arginine, silica, and inositol to address the poor bioavailability of standard L-arginine, demonstrating potent nitric oxide-boosting properties and cognitive support capabilities, making it a valuable addition to pre-workout supplements.
• VitaCholine (500mg): Choline, a B vitamin, plays various essential roles, with a key function in maintaining cellular membranes. While the body can produce some choline, it is still considered an essential nutrient because it cannot synthesize enough to meet nutritional needs. In the central nervous system, choline is involved in acetylcholine synthesis, known as the “learning neurotransmitter,” which enhances cognitive functions, including focus, balance, and coordination, making it a valuable nootropic ingredient.



• Natural caffeine (250mg): Naturally-sourced caffeine eliminates concerns about the origins of synthetic sources, and while it is often claimed to provide a smoother increase in energy anecdotally, there is no known research confirming this effect, but it remains a widely studied supplement ingredient known to enhance both physical and mental performance, reduce pain perception, and promote fat loss. Ghost Legend V3 maintains the same caffeine content as V2, with 250 milligrams per serving.
• Theobromine (100mg): Derived from cacao beans, theobromine is known for its energy-boosting and appetite-suppressing properties. The collaboration with Christian Guzman did not disappoint. A new flavor of CG Focus plus an entirely new Pre formula left us with a lot of new powder to work through. GHOST thought it best to heap another new flavor on the line for us with Legend V3 Welch’s Grape, and we’re glad they did.
