Jacked Factory Logo

Premium supplements at unbeatable prices!

Jacked Factory is a Canadian-based company that offers premium sports nutrition supplements at direct-to-consumer prices. One of the reasons you’ll never see Jacked Factory on supplement-store shelves is because by cutting out the middleman, the company saves on things like distribution costs, which keeps prices lower for customers. Setting those costs aside, Jacked Factory prides itself on using efficacious doses, fully transparent labels, and cutting-edge ingredients backed by science, such as Nitrosigine from Nutrition21.

Finally, a Stand-Alone Nitrosigine Supplement!

Jacked Factory has multiple product lines that target both sports performance and health and wellness. Their most recent addition is the Essential Series, a line of single-ingredient products that allows customers to easily create custom supplement stacks. One of the most intriguing supplements in the Essential Series is Premium L-Arginine N.O. Booster.

Experience the power of Nitrosigine with Jacked Factory L-Arginine N.O. Booster!

Jacked Factory Premium L-Arginine N.O. Booster is one of the first stand-alone Nitrosigine supplements we’ve come across that has the clinically studied dose (1.5 grams) in each serving. Nitrosigine, also known as inositol stabilized arginine silicate (ASI), is a more bioavailable form of L-arginine. That means your body is better able to absorb and utilize the compound to produce nitric oxide (NO).

Not only are higher levels of nitric oxide great for boosting performance and muscle pumps in the gym, but NO also offers cardiovascular health benefits. Nitrosigine was first introduced to the sports supplement industry around 2013 by Nutrition21. Research is finally starting to catch up and it shows that the ingredient may be much more powerful than we once thought.

Nitrosigine is typically found in multi-ingredient pre-workouts and nootropics. If that’s the only way you’ve ever supplemented with Nitrosigine — and that’s likely the case — it might be difficult to tell how effective the ingredient is on its own. But with Premium L-Arginine N.O. Booster from Jacked Factory, you can experiment with Nitrosigine as a stand-alone supplement — and even take it daily to see how it may benefit your health and performance.

Jacked Factory L-Arginine N.O. Booster Ingredient Breakdown

For optimal results, Jacked Factory recommends taking three capsules of L-Arginine N.O. Booster daily, preferably with a meal. On training days, take it with your meal approximately 60 minutes prior to exercise. Although you can take L-Arginine N.O. Booster on its own, you can also stack it with some of Jacked Factory’s pre-workout supplements, such as:

Here’s what one serving (three capsules) of L-Arginine N.O. Booster contains:

  • Inositol Stabilized Arginine Silicate (as Nitrosigine) – 1500mg

Before we explain why Nitrosigine is a superior form of L-arginine, let’s first discuss the potential benefits and drawbacks of standard L-arginine.

L-arginine is an alpha-amino acid that’s primarily used for the biosynthesis of proteins, but also, it’s a direct precursor to nitric oxide (NO). Nitric oxide is a potent neurotransmitter that enhances circulation by causing blood vessels to relax (also known as vasodilation). Not only is this advantageous for performance, but it’s also potentially beneficial for promoting cardiovascular health. This is why Jacked Factory recommends taking Premium L-Arginine even on rest days. While it’s clear that L-arginine has multiple benefits, it also has some downsides that you should be aware of.

A few years ago it was common to see pure L-arginine in pre-workouts, but nowadays, it’s pretty rare. Research shows that L-arginine by itself is poorly absorbed and utilized by the body, due to what’s known as the first pass-effect.[1] Simply put, a large portion of L-arginine is destroyed in the stomach. So only a small amount makes it into the small intestine where it can be absorbed into the bloodstream.

To overcome this issue, sports nutrition brands started using L-citrulline instead. L-citrulline is also an amino acid that’s used to increase NO production.[1] However, L-citrulline must be converted into L-arginine by the kidneys before it can turn into NO.[1] So while L-citrulline may be less efficient, it works, nonetheless. When Nutrition21 introduced Nitrosigine in the sports supplement industry, arguably it changed the way we all look at L-arginine once and for all.

Nitrosigine: A superior form of L-arginine

Unlike traditional L-arginine, Nitrosigine is a patented complex of arginine, inositol, and potassium silicate.[2] Nutrition21 discovered that if you bind arginine to silicate and add a small amount of inositol, it significantly enhances the bioavailability of L-arginine.[3]

Here are just some of the benefits that Jacked Factory L-Arginine N.O. Booster has to offer!

In other words, L-arginine is less likely to be destroyed in the digestive system and more likely to be absorbed and utilized for NO synthesis. Oftentimes, Nitrosigine is used alongside L-citrulline or citrulline malate in multi-ingredient pre-workouts, but it is effective on its own.

In fact, a recent study conducted by researchers at the University of Arkansas found that 1.5 grams of Nitrosigine increased blood flow and nitric oxide production to the same extent as 8 grams of citrulline malate.[4] This doesn’t necessarily mean that Nitrosigine is superior to citrulline malate, but a gram-to-gram comparison demonstrates that Nitrosigine is potentially stronger.

Enhancing muscular pumps, blood flow, and performance aren’t the only things that Nitrosigine can do! Multiple clinical trials have shown that it increases mental energy, cognitive flexibility, and focus.[5-10]

Another study published in the journal Nutrients found that Nitrosigine can mitigate cognitive decline that can be caused by strenuous exercise.[8,9] There’s also some evidence to suggest that Nitrosigine decreases inflammation and muscular damage, thus promoting recovery.[11] These are just some of the reasons why PricePlow is such a huge proponent of Nitrosigine and we’re glad to see that Jacked Factory offers it in a single-ingredient package at the clinically-studied dose!

“We approached building this brand differently, focused on the key principles of delivering value. The status quo of the supplement industry is ridiculously high prices and watered down products — we’ve done exactly the opposite. We believed that it was time to create a brand that rejected the status quo of low quality, ineffective, cheaply produced, overpriced supplements. We knew that if we became laser-focused on creating great products that work and delivering at a price that works for any athlete – the rest would take care of itself. We set out to create a brand for the customer that demands the best. The serious athlete in search of the strongest natural edge.”
