  • PeakO2 (1g)

    Condemned Labz DNA Dispatch Ingredients

    DNA Dispatch uses a mix of nitric oxide boosters, vasodilators, and cardiovascular support ingredients to enhance oxygen and nutrient delivery to your muscles.

    PeakO2™ is a trademarked blend of mushrooms, featuring the well-known Cordyceps militaris, a mushroom documented to provide anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anti-aging.[1,2] PeakO2 also includes several other varieties of mushrooms including Reishi, King Trumpet, Shiitake, Lion’s Mane, and Turkey Tail.

    The landmark PeakO2 study that generated the main buzz demonstrating it increased VO2 Max, peak power output, and time to exhaustion used a dose of 4g/day.[3] You’re not getting that much here, but studies are currently being conducted using 1g and 2g doses per day to see what benefits that brings.

    We’re yet to see a negative review on this ingredient. It’s extremely interesting and contains a fantastic blend that far exceeds what we’ve seen out of cordyceps sinensis, which is fraught with misidentification problems and we recommend avoiding, in preference to the cordyceps militaris that’s in PeakO2 and DNA Dispatch!.

  • Agmatine Sulfate (1g)

    Agmatine is a dual neurotransmitter/neuromodulator in the body that performs a number of benefits in regards to training. First and foremost, agmatine inhibits arginase[4], the enzyme that degrades arginine, thereby hindering nitric oxide production. With arginase out of the way, NO production can continue unrestricted for better blood flow and bigger pumps.

    Moreover, since agmatine is a neurotransmitter, it also helps enhance fatigue by increasing tolerance to pain.[5]

    1g is the kind of dose we like seeing in a capsule-based product!

  • Citrulline Malate (1g)

    DNA Dispatch contains several potent nitric oxide boosters to enhance blood flow, vascularity, and PUMPS while training.

    Some of you are looking at this dosing of Citrulline Malate and wondering what’s up. Well, remember, this isn’t a standalone pre workout, it’s an “add on” to be used as part of a more fully-dosed pre workout. If you remember from our writeup on Condemned Labz’ Convict Stim pre workout, you’ll see that they have a full 4g of pure L-Citrulline.

    This dose here is more of a “cherry on the top” to further enhance stamina and endurance thanks to some extra citrulline along with malic acid.

  • Glycine Propionyl L-Carnitine (500mg)

    Often abbreviated as GPLC, Glycine Propionyl L-Carnitine is a highly bioavailable form of carnitine that’s particularly suited to athletic performance. Research using GPLC notes it can enhance vasodilation and endurance, while also reducing lactic acid accumulation.[6,7]

    Those trials used 3-4g though, which isn’t what you’re getting here, but will bolster the effects of the other NO boosting compounds in DNA Dispatch.

    We like this simply because we don’t see it as often anymore, but it’s one of the “forgotten” nitric oxide ingredients that the Convicts over at Condemned Labz remembered to use.

  • Beet Root Powder (400mg)

    Beet root) is another solid “supporting” N.O. booster due to its high nitrate content.[7] Nitrates ramp up nitric oxide production via the nitrate-nitrite-nitric oxide pathway pathway, which is different than the citrulline/arginine one.

    Nitrates aren’t just for pumps though, they’re also extremely powerful performance enhancers as well. Research shows nitrate supplementation improves blood flow, VO2 max, and oxygen utilization.[9,10] We just wished we knew how much nitrate content we were getting from the beet root powder.

  • L-Norvaline (250mg)

    Similar to Agmatine, Norvaline is another great NO-extender. A derivative of the BCAA L-Valine, Norvaline prolongs the life/effects of Arginine in the body via arginase inhibition.[11] Greater arginine promotes long-lasting vasodilation, greater blood flow, oxygen and nutrient delivery, enhancing performance and giving massive muscle pumps.

  • Grape Seed Extract (200mg)

    Grape seed extract is packed with all sorts of catechins and tannins that promote optimal blood flow and heart health by increasing nitric oxide (NO) production in the body. As you’re probably aware, greater NO production brings about greater vasodilation thereby enhancing circulation.[12,13] Grape seed boosts NO by increasing endothelial Nitric Oxide Synthase (eNOS)[14], the enzyme responsible for driving nitric oxide in the body.

  • CoQ10 (50mg)

    Coenzyme Q10 is an incredibly popular cardiovascular health supplement. In the body, CoQ10 is used to boost energy production, aid heart function, and combat free radicals.[16] Furthermore, CoQ10 also raises HDL (good) cholesterol levels.[17,18]

    This is one of the most underrated vitamin ingredients out there – but it’s not always used or included in proper doses in multivitamins because it’s expensive. Condemned Labz don’t care, they want results.

  • Vanadyl Sulfate (15mg)

    Also featured in Condemned Labz’ robust GDA HumaSlin, vanadyl sulfate is an inorganic form of vanadium, an essential mineral frequently by athletes for its insulin-mimicking actions. Vanadium aids the transportation of protein and carbs into skeletal muscles and has been documented to decrease fasting plasma glucose as well as hepatic glucose output (HGO).[19]
