Convict Stim Ingredients

As we stated up top, Convict Stim contains the biggest dose of DMHA we’ve encountered yet in a pre workout at 225mg per serving. That just begins to scratch the surface of the energy and focus this pre workout is packing.

  • L-Citrulline (4g)

    Convict Stim Ingredents

We expect a lot from a product with the word “CONVICT” in it, and we got it! 225mg DMHA to go along with 300mg caffeine and 4g pure L-Cit for solid energy and pumps. Nice.

Convict Stim kicks things off with a strong 4g dose of pure L-Citrulline. This will make for significantly greater nitric oxide in your body, resulting in improved blood flow, greater vasodilation, and most noticeable of all, bigger, badder pumps!

Citrulline also functions as valuable ergogenic as well. It enhances ATP production, endurance, and lean mass.[1,2]

4g is becoming a “standard” dose in many pre workouts that we’re interested in, and this is a great thing. Done are the days when you’d get an underdosed serving, or a product whose entirety barely goes over 4g! Now we’re getting it in one main pump ingredient!

  • Beta Alanine (2.5g)

Beta alanine helps you last longer during each set by increasing muscle carnosine levels in the body[3]. Greater concentrations of carnosine enhance your body’s ability to buffed acid accumulation during exercise, which offsets the “burning” sensation that always hits you mid set.

The end results is greater endurance, strength and stamina.[4,5,6] Just be aware, that this dose of beta alanine might be cause you to get a fairly strong bout of the “tingles”, a.k.a. paresthesia. But don’t worry, this is a non-toxic effect, and many enjoy it as a kick to get started in the gym. Another solid dose.

  • L-Tyrosine (500mg)

    Condemned Labz Convict Stim Work

You’ll be able to work harder during each training session with the energy and ergogenics in Convict Stim.

L-Tyrosine is our preferred form of tyrosine, as we’ve covered by for on the blog. This nonessential amino acid is a precursor to L-Dopa, which is a precursor for several important catecholamines including dopamine, epinephrine, and norepinephrine. Cascading amounts of these neurotransmitters serve to heighten your focus, mood, and alertness during training, helping you stay in the zone all workout long.

For our personal preferences though, we usually prefer to see the dose around to 1-2g mark, as that’s where you’ll really feel the effects of this ingredients… but we’re pretty sure the next four ingredients will more than make up for any focus support.

Get ready, it’s about to get real now:

  • Caffeine Anhydrous (300mg)

Caffeine provides the primary surge in energy for Convict Stim, but don’t worry, there’s plenty more coming that we’ll get to in a moment. This age-old stim really doesn’t need much description or discussion. It increases energy, mood, motivation, and alertness.

300mg is pretty much the standard go-to dose. If anyone wants less, you can use an underwhelming scoop (or half a scoop), which is likely a smart idea because of the high stim content in Convict Stim. Plus it really amps of the effects of our next “more exotic” stimulant, which is…

  • DMHA (225mg)

    Condemned Labz Convict Stim Time

The time has come for a new pre workout powerhouse and its name is Convict Stim

Convict Stim is packing an industry high of 225mg DMHA per serving! That’s higher than any other pre workout we’ve encountered thus far!

DMHA, a.k.a. 2-amino-6-methylheptane, is similar to DMAA in that they are both aliphatic amine.[7] The big difference between the two is that DMAA gives more of an unrelenting drive to the user whereas DMHA offers more mood elevation and laser focus. Either way, things will get really interesting with a dose of DMHA this high!

Our previous high DMHA dose was 200mg, and it hits hard. So we’re definitely recommend everyone to start at a half scoop, and even experts should start at ¾ scoop to assess tolerance!! Convict Stim isn’t messing around here! You’re going to feel it – just make sure you don’t feel too much!

  • Hordenine (50mg)

A prominent beta-2 agonist, Hordenine is most known for its ability to stimulate lipolysis in the body.[8] More important for its purposes here, hordenine also acts as an MAO inhibitor and noradrenaline (norepinephrine) reuptake inhibitor.[9,10] In other words, hordenine prevents noradrenaline from being taken up, resulting in greater focus, alertness, and attention.

This ingredient will also help the above DMHA hit longer and stronger, another reason to take ¾ scoop first time around!

  • Noopept (50mg)

Condemned Labz athlete Swole Barbie has her stack for gains…do you?

Noopept is one of the most well known and powerful nootropics on the market. It’s known to enhance acetylcholine receptor function[11], as well as improve Long Term Potentiation (LTP), due to its ability to bind to the NMDA glutamatergic receptors in your brain.[12]

The dose here is pretty high compared to other doses seen in pre workouts, which should make for extremely noticeable focus during your workouts.

  • Paradoxine (15mg)

You know when you see Paradoxine in a supplement, you’re going to be sweating…A LOT!

Paradoxine is a patented Grains of Paradise extract that’s standardized to 12.6%  6-paradol. Paradoxine is known for its ability to crank up your internal temperature by  increasing thermogenesis, energy expenditure, and fat utilization form Brown Adipose Tissue (BAT).[13]

Check out our mega-post titled Grains of Paradise: Fat Fighting Spice of the Goddesses if you want all the info on this powerful thermogenic agent! This is our favorite stimulant-free fat burning ingredient. So it’s not adding to the stim support, but it’s still supporting the stims!

  • Yohimbine (3mg)

    Condemned Labz Convict Stim Workout

Dominate your next workout and everyone thereafter with Convict Stim.

As if the other stims weren’t enough, we get an above-average dose of yohimbine here too!

Best known as the “stubborn fat” fighter, Yohimbine in addition to being an effective fat loss agent is also a powerful CNS stimulant increases adrenaline (epinephrine) and noradrenaline (norepinephrine) levels. This triggers your “fight or flight” response, resulting in significantly greater energy, motivation, and alertness.[15]

  • BioPerine (5mg)

BioPerine is the premier black pepper extract included to enhance the bioavailability of all the other ingredients in Convict Stim. This ensures your body puts to use everything that you’re taking when when dosing Convict Stim pre workout for maximum effectiveness.

Once again, this is going to be strong! Use it responsibly. Convict Stim’s formula definitely lives up to its name and branding.

Flavors Available

Condemned Labz Convict Stim Girl

Condemned Labz has a complete stack of products to support all your workout needs

If you’re willing to embrace your inner felon, and give Convict Stim a shot, you’ll be able to choose from one of four flavors:

  • Green Apple
  • Fruit Punch
  • Strawberry Lemonade
  • Blue Raspberry

With such high stim content here, we’ll see how they did in masking the flavors. Our guess is that green apple and strawberry lemonade may work best here, but we’ll just have to find out.

Takeaway

Well that escalated quickly!

If you like your DMHA doses high, and the other products on the market aren’t doing it for you, than Convict Stim is right up your alley! It contains all the energy, focus, and pumps you need to have a solid workout and feel great while you’re training too.

No one really knows the long-term status of all these “exotic stims”, so if you’re a DMHA enthusiast, this one might well be worth stocking up on!
