NTel Pharma aims to ascend to the top of the pre workout mountain with Arez God of the Gym, a high stim pre with DMHA and Eria Jarensis.

Every now and then, you have a workout that puts you on another plane of existence – a feeling that you are a “God of the Gym”. Today we discuss a product that may get you there more often, transcending your fitness and mindset to the next level.

We’ve encountered quite a few high energy pre workouts in our day. In fact, we have an entire section devoted to them in our Best Pre Workout Guide. And from where we stand, the demand has never been higher, and doesn’t appear to be slowing down in any capacity.

So, what the market demands, the industry will deliver, and that’s exactly what NTel Pharma is bringing with their new pre workout.

AREZ God of the Gym is an intense energy and focus pre workout that will kick like few pre workouts do, transcending you into a state of God-like energy. If you’re tired of two-scooping your current pre workout, then this aptly-named pre workout supplement is one you’ll surely want to check into!

AREZ Ingredients

AREZ isn’t messing around when it comes to delivering a strong, energy and focus-infused pre workout. Each serving packs 350mg caffeine, plus a few exotic stims, and the power nootropic Noopept. We do have a bit of an issue with the pump portion of the product, which we’ll address first:

  • Hyper Pump Catalyst

    • Beta Alanine (3g)

      NTel Pharm Arez Ingredients

Arez shines brightest in the focus and energy department, helping to develop a superior mind-muscle connection.

We always find it interesting when Beta Alanine leads off a “pump” segment of a pre workout. The ingredient is known for its abilities to enhance endurance, by way of increasing carnosine levels in the muscle.[1] This improves the body’s buffering capacity against acidic ion accumulation which leads to greater endurance, stamina, strength, etc.[2]

But, it doesn’t really impact nitric oxide production or cellular swelling in any capacity, so we have to question its inclusion in the pump matrix. Anyway, the 3g dose is solid and will set you up for some tingles if you’re not already saturated with the ingredient.

    • L-Citrulline (1g)

Now we get to a real pump-boosting ingredient with the powerful Nitric Oxide booster L-Citrulline. This ingredient is significantly more effective than L-Arginine (our next ingredient) at increasing serum Arginine levels, which in turn increases N.O. production.[3]

The only issue is that you really need 2 or more grams of L-Citrulline to really get some noticeable pumps and vascularity during your training sessions, and 3g or more to get clinical nitric oxide gains. We’re going to need more:

    • L-Arginine HCl (1g)

      NTel Pharma Arez Triple

NTel Pharma isn’t playing any games with Arez. It’s loaded with stims and focus boosters.

L-Arginine is yesteryear’s favorite N.O.-boosting supplement. But, as we just mentioned above, it’s been replaced by more effective options, including L-Citrulline. Yet there are still old-school Gym Gods who swear by L-arginine and want it back in their pre workouts, alongside the newer ingredients above and below.

We question if the HCl atom attached to L-Arginine will improve its bioavailability in the body and help it survive the stomach?

    • Agmatine Sulfate (500mg)

Agmatine is always welcome to the party when looking to improve pump formulas. It inhibits arginase, the enzyme responsible for degrading Arginine in the body, which provides an indirect means for increasing nitric oxide production.

The 500mg dose here is ok, and the lowest you can go while still really getting any noticeable benefit from it. Personally, we’d prefer to see 1-1.5g, but AREZ isn’t about the pumps, so let’s get through the rest of this portion and onto AREZ’s backbone — the stims and focus booster!

    • HydroMax® (125mg)

HydroMax is a patented form of high-yield glycerol frequently added to pre workouts to improve one’s hydration, endurance, and “water-based” pumps. Typically though, we see this ingredient dosed anywhere between 1,500 – 3,000mg, which is incredibly effective.

This dose seemed so egregiously low that we had to reach out to NTel HQ to see what’s up with the dosing:

”In short: I don’t believe much in HydroMax’s effectiveness as a standalone ingredient even at 1-3G. Any studies that yield results were at 1G per KG of body weight, so unless you weigh under 10 pounds, you’re not going to see much endurance from 8 calories of sugar alcohols!

I used it for its chemical property and theoretical synergistic effect which would kick in at as low as 1/10th the dose of the ingredients I’m trying to boost the absorption of. Since it’s not a Pump based pre workout, I used it as an absorption amplification agent for the pump ingredients that we did choose to use. I will not ever advertise that we used HydroMax as a standalone ingredient or that I think the dose is sufficient to work by itself, I wanted it’s chemical property as an alcohol. It’s an unorthodox approach, but I’m not shy at all about our formulas, which is why all of our sports nutrition productions are Transparent Profile.”

  • Godlike Energy Spike

Now for the section we’re really here for:

    • 2-Aminoisoheptane (125mg)

2-Aminoisoheptane, DMHA, 2-amino-6-methylheptane, Kigelia Africana extract — the list of names of this exotic stim is extensive, but it’s all the same, an extremely potent and enjoyable stimulant. DMHA is structurally similar to DMAA, another aliphatic amine[4], and both are classified as “psychostimulants”.

DMHA is well known for its ability to significantly enhanced dopamine and norepinephrine (noradrenaline) production[5,6], which results in increased alertness and mood.[7] These mood enhancing effects are heightened by our next exotic stimulant, which is…

    • Eria Jarensis (75mg)

      NTel Pharma Arez Night

Going out for a night on the town, Arez will give you the energy to last way after final call for drinks.

Eria Jarensis is the Robin to DMHA’s Batman, wherever you see DMHA, you’ll almost always find Eria, and for good reason, the two synergize incredibly well together and produce some profound mood enhancement.

The reason for this is that Eria is loaded with several PEA-based compounds including N-methyl-PEA, N,N-dimethyl-PEA, and most importantly, N-phenethyl dimethylamine.[8]

Eria’s “euphoric” feeling furthers the mood boost started by DMHA and lasts longer than regular PEA due to its unique structure. If you’re really curious what makes this ingredient function so well, check out our mega guide — Eria Jarensis Extract / N-phenethyl dimethylamine: The Next Big Thing?

    • Synephrine (30mg)

The most well known of the Citrus Aurantium alkaloids, Synephrine is a beta-2 adrenergic receptor agonist that Synephrine acts on the Beta-2 and Beta-3 receptors in your body.[9,10]

Synephrine helps liberate stored fatty acids in your body to be used for energy, essentially turning you into a “fat burning” machine and sparing your glycogen stores for your more intense activities such as low rep deadlifts.

    • Dendrobium Extract 10:1 (30mg)

      NTel Pharma Arez Sets

Think you can handle the energy and focus Arez brings?

Once hailed as DMAA’s replacement, Dendrobium experienced a brief moment in the spotlight before taking a backseat for a few year. However, the stimulant is slowly starting to make a sort of mini-comeback as we’ve seen it used in a few newer pre workouts hitting the market.

While dendrobium was never a true replacement for DMAA, it does pack a small CNS punch and contains several alkaloids known to enhance mood.[11,12] This stimulant makes a great “bonus” or add-on to the rest of the powerful stims discussed above and the next one to come.

    • Rauwolfia Vomitoria (3mg)

Rauwolfia Vomitoria is an herb traditionally used to combat psychoactive disorders, but it’s also loaded with Alpha-Yohimbine, a powerful CNS stimulant and weight loss aid.[13]

AREZ includes an extract of Rauwolfia Vomitoria standardized to 90% Alpha-Yohimbine which yields 2.7mg of Alpha-Y per serving! This is not a light dose of this powerful stimulant and will surely make AREZ kick like you’ve rarely experienced with other pre workouts!

  • Mind Muscle Fusion Matrix

    • Caffeine Anhydrous (350mg)

      NTel Pharma Arez TBar

NTel Pharma is looking to raise the bar on supplements with their extensive line of products.

Exotic stims out of the way, it’s time to get to the commissioner of all stimulants — caffeine anhydrous. Caffeine provides the immediate surge of energy to get moving and do work!

The dose here is no joke. If you go full monty with AREZ, you’ll be getting 350mg / serving, which is a lot for many of you, but if you’re typically a fan of high caffeine pre workouts, then this is right in your sweet spot. If you happen to be one of the more sensitive caffeine users out there, it’s recommended to begin your AREZ experience with ½-¾ scoop just until you get the feel of how this pre workout kicks.

    • Noopept (12mg)

Noopept is a proline-containing dipeptide regarded as one of the most effective nootropics around. It’s been documented to enhance the function of acetylcholine receptors[14], and improve Long Term Potentiation (LTP, since it also binds to the NMDA glutamatergic receptors.[15]

FYI, LTP is known to help with forming stable, long-lasting memories.

If you want even more info on Noopept, see our in-depth guide titled Noopept: Enhancing the Smart Within.

    • Hordenine (10mg)

Hordenine is another beta-receptor agonists extracted from Citrus Aurantium that helps stimulate lipolysis in the body.[16] More importantly, hordenine acts an MAO inhibitor and noradrenaline reuptake inhibitor[17,18], which helps to significantly improve focus, attention, and alertness.

Flavors Available

NTel Pharma Arez Fade

Arez comes in four fun flavors to tantalize your taste buds.

NTel isn’t playing it safe with their flavor offerings for AREZ God of War. They’re bringing four interesting flavors to the mix, and shunning boring, mundane flavors such as Fruit Punch or Blue Raz. Available flavor options include:

  • Baja Boom (Mountain Du)
  • Energy Drink (a.k.a. Rojo Bull)
  • SETS on the Beach
  • Strawberry Kiwi

NTel Pharma has crafted an incredibly potent energy and focus-enhancing pre workout in AREZ. The combination of powerful stimulants and nootropics might not turn you into a God of War, but it’ll certainly make you feel like a god in the gym!

Rumor has it that this is indeed a superhero brand, with products meant to put you in the superhero state. This has the ingredients to do just that. We’re going to need to cover NTel more in detail soon – there’s an interesting story to tell, and a few of you may remember a time we covered NTel in the past, so we’ll need to catch up with the other fun things they’ve been doing.

AREZ is great for what it is, a high energy pre workout that packs a potent boost of focus and endurance, but don’t expect it to give god-like pumps.
