Hosstile Supplements

We are very excited for Hosstile Supplements to come onto the seen in 2020, and it all begins with the Hosstility pre workout!

If there’s anyone in the fitness industry that knows exactly what he wants in a supplement, it’s IFBB Pro bodybuilder Fouad ‘Hoss’ Abaid. He’s been active in the industry for years and found great success in bodybuilding, coaching, and with his clothing company, Hosstile Brandwear.

However, with his passion for helping others, he knows there is much more he can give. Fouad decided to create his own brand and formulate products he stands behind, trusts, and can use himself. There are no shortcuts in Fouad’s mind, so you know any product he comes out with was meticulously tested, modified according to his own feedback, and not released until it’s absolutely perfect.

What Does Hosstile Represent?

Fouad of Hosstile Supplements

Fouad is here to bring products he uses and trusts!

Hosstile is more than just a supplement or clothing company, it represents “relentless and aggressive pursuit of a passion or goal and to let no sacrifice or adversity stand in the way.”

Fouad is not here to get rich off selling supplements like several other people in the industry, he is here to make a change. If you know anything about Fouad, you know he doesn’t mess around with low-quality ingredients or underdosed products. 2020 is going to be the year Hosstile Supplements shows the world just what they’ve been working on all this time and will quickly rise to the top!

And it all starts with Fouad’s pre workout supplement, the aptly-named Hosstility.

A Sneak Peak at the Hosstility Formula:

Hosstility Supplement Facts

As you can see Hosstility is packed with clinical dosages and effective ingredients to give you epic pumps, focus, and energy!

The front label clearly shows three ingredients that we are major fans of: PeakO2, NO3-TⓇ (Arginine Nitrate), and Alpha-GPC! Just from that list you can tell this is going to be more than just a stimmed-out product. Fouad is looking to give you a complete formula that will deliver intense focus, endurance, energy, and insane pumps. What more could you want, and what more would you expect from a man nicknamed “The Hoss”?!

Here’s a quick breakdown and dosages of the top three ingredients that really make this pre workout shine! Just wait until you see the rest of the formula down below, becuase it’s obvious this is really going to get you fired up for a big session!

  • PeakO2Ⓡ – 2g

First up on our list is PeakO2Ⓡ, which is a blend of several mushrooms including Cordyceps (Cordyceps militaris), Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), King Trumpet (Pleurotus eryngii), Shiitake (Lentinula edodes), Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus), and Turkey Tail (Trametes versicolor). PeakO2Ⓡ was created by one of the most well-known ingredient suppliers in the industry, Compound Solutions. Over the years, we’ve seen it more and more as athletes and scientists have both figured out the ways it can boost performance – especially endurance.

For instance, Cordyceps are stacked with potent bioactive compounds and has been researched heavily for it’s anti-fatigue, anti-aging, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant effects.[1,2] However, what really sparked people’s interest in this mushroom complex was a study done in 2015 performed at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. This study’s objective was to determine if PeakO2Ⓡ could increase time to exhaustion, aerobic power and decrease lactate levels during vigorous exercise.[3] They found that the group supplementing with PeakO2Ⓡ had a significant increase in VO2max, time to exhaustion and power output![3]

Right off the bat, we’re very excited to see this extremely effective ingredient on the front of the label!

  • NO3-TⓇ Arginine Nitrate – 2g

    NO3-T

The Machine is licensing this ingredient from ThermoLife International and it’s a whopper

Next up is one of the most powerful pump agents available on the market, arginine nitrate, trademarked as NO3-TⓇ. At 2g, this is a very strong dose, which is nearly sure to give you an extreme pump! Nitrates are very effective at increasing blood flow to areas that need it most when training, by inducing vasodilation.[4.5] Greater delivery of oxygen-rich blood will keep your muscles working harder and longer and also aids in removal of metabolic waste products such as lactate.

In addition to enhancing your ability to get a pump, this ingredient can also lead to greater endurance since the vasodilation will lower your body’s oxygen expenditure![6] Lastly, pairing nitrates with arginine gives you the added benefit of lowering your risk for developing a nitrate tolerance.[7] This ensures that the first scoop is just as effective as the last – and that’s why arginine nitrate is consistently one of our favorite of the NO3-T varieties.

Just by the first two ingredients you can tell Fouad is not skimping on this formula, and is looking for long-lasting training sessions!

  • Alpha-GPC – 600 mg (50% Yield)

Last but certainly not least, 600mg of alpha-glycerylphosphorylcholine (Alpha-GPC) is here to give you laser focus and mind-muscle connection. Although there are several choline supplements on the market, many of them have very poor bioavailability, meaning they just get destroyed through digestion and therefore cannot be used adequately in the body. Alpha-GPC is one of the best sources of choline because it is highly bioavailable and readily utilized by the body.

Choline supplementation has become more important as plant-based and vegan diets have gained popularity. We can get choline from food such as meat, eggs and seafood, however when these are restricted its nearly impossible to get enough from diet alone.

Alpha-GPC serves as a precursor for acetylcholine, a key neurotransmitter involved in muscle contractions and memory.[8] Therefore, this ingredient is sure to boost your mind-muscle connection to get you greater gains out of every rep! 600mg is the clinically studied dose and research shows that after just six days of alpha-GPC supplementation, participants increased lower body force production![9]

Yet another ingredient we are thrilled to see!

When we first wrote this post, we were only able to share the ingredients listed on the front panel. However, now PricePlow has given exclusive permission to share the rest, so here’s the other ingredients, Hosstility contains:

    • L-Citrulline – 6g

    • Creatine Monohydrate – 3g

    • Betaine Anhydrous – 2.5g

    • Taurine – 2g

    • L-Tyrosine – 1g

    • Theacrine (as TeaCrine 40% yielding 100mg) – 250mg

    • Caffeine Anhydrous – 200mg

    • DiCaffeine Malate (as Infinergy 74% yielding 100mg caffeine) – 135mg

    • Huperzine A – 10 mg

Conclusion: Hosstile is Here to Shake Things Up!
