GHOST WHEY Ingredients

A brief bit of info on the protein blend and other add-ons:

  • Protein Sources

On the back of the tub, GHOST WHEY fully discloses their entire protein blend, something most companies still don’t do to this day. Here’s the breakdown:

    • Whey Protein Isolate 90% – 14.53g delivering 12.5g protein

    • Whey Protein Concentrate 80% – 13.16g delivering 10g protein

    • Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Isolate – 2.98g delivering 2.5g protein

These three protein sources all bring a great deal of essential amino acids (including the three branched-chain amino acids) while being relatively low in fat and lactose (milk sugars). You can use this any time of the day, but note that it’s a faster-digesting protein powder, so it’ll be especially useful post-workout.
