Summer isn't over yet, and GHOST is closing it out with round two of its collaboration with fitness icon Sydney Cummings. The Sydney Cummings x GHOST Mango Colada collection spans four products this time:

1. GHOST Clear Whey
2. GHOST Greens
3. GHOST Hydration Drink (RTD), and
4. A brand new version of GHOST Legend

Product packages arrive around August 17th, with the full lineup launching on GHOST's DTC site and Amazon on August 19th.

Cummings first partnered with GHOST back in 2024 for the Summertime Punch collection, a four-product drop that introduced GHOST Clear Whey to the world. That formula did well enough to go permanent in 2025. Cummings has also been quietly teasing something big on her own social channels this month, hinting at a reveal without giving away specifics. Now we know what it is.

Sydney Cummings x GHOST Round 2: What's in the Collection

This time, Hydration Drink joins the lineup in place of Glow, and the bigger story is what's happening inside Legend. GHOST chose this collaboration to debut a completely reworked Legend formula for Sydney, with a lower caffeine dose and three ingredients removed from the label entirely. GHOST Legend Mango Colada: A New Formula Debuts

GHOST Legend Mango Colada is a new version of Legend built just for Sydney. The changes trim total stimulant load and simplify the supporting ingredients, while leaving the core pump, endurance, and focus actives untouched.

Here's what one 23-gram scoop provides:

• L-Citrulline (Vegan Fermented) - 6000mg
• Beta-Alanine - 3200mg
• Betaine Anhydrous - 2500mg
• L-Tyrosine (Vegan Fermented) - 2000mg
• Taurine - 1000mg
• VitaCholine® Choline L(+) Bitartrate - 1000mg, yielding 400mg choline (73% DV)
• Natural Caffeine - 200mg
• Theobromine - 100mg
• Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) - 135mg (150% DV)

The serving size has been reduced to 20 servings, down from the extra large 30.

What's Changed From Legend V4

Compared to the outgoing V4 formula, GHOST made five changes to Legend:

• Natural caffeine drops from 300mg to 200mg, a third less stimulation per scoop while still landing well above a typical cup of coffee.
• Senactiv is gone. V4's 100mg dose of the Panax notoginseng and rose extract blend, added for recovery and endurance support, no longer appears on the label.
• NeuroFactor is gone. The 100mg coffee fruit extract that supported focus in V4 has been removed.
• AstraGin is gone. NuLiv Science's 50mg absorption blend is no longer part of the formula.
• PureWay-C becomes plain ascorbic acid. The vitamin C dose holds steady at 135mg (150% DV), just from a different, non-branded source.

Everything else on the label, the citrulline, beta-alanine, betaine, tyrosine, taurine, and choline, carries over from V4 unchanged.

GHOST Greens Mango Colada

GHOST Greens Mango Colada brings GHOST's superfood powder into the tropical lineup, using the same formula fans already know. Greens was part of Cummings' original 2024 collaboration too, so this marks her second flavor pass at it.

Each 12.5-gram scoop provides 6640mg of the GHOST Fruits x Vegetables blend. That splits into a Super Greens portion (kale, matcha, wheat grass, spirulina, chlorella, and several other grasses) and an Antioxidant Reds portion (acai, pomegranate, blueberry, cranberry, and more), plus the Spectra Total ORAC Blend. Alongside that sits 2225mg of GHOST's Gut Health blend, built from inulin, a five-strain probiotic, and the BioCore Optimum Complete digestive enzyme mix. Nothing about the formula changes here. It's the same Greens blend, wearing a new tropical flavor for summer.

GHOST Clear Whey Isolate Mango Colada

GHOST Clear Whey Protein Isolate Mango Colada gives Cummings' original 2024 breakout product a second run. Clear Whey debuted as a brand new item in that first collaboration, and it did well enough that GHOST made it a permanent part of the lineup in 2025 with Blue Raspberry, Strawberry Watermelon, and Orange Cream. Mango Colada now joins as a limited-edition addition alongside those three.

Each scoop delivers 25 grams of protein from 29.18 grams of whey protein isolate, at 110 calories, 2 grams of carbohydrate, and zero grams of fat or sugar. Clear Whey's filtration process keeps the powder translucent instead of opaque, giving it a lighter, juice-like drinking experience than a traditional whey shake.

GHOST Hydration Drink Mango Colada

GHOST Hydration Drink Mango Colada marks the first time GHOST's ready-to-drink electrolyte bottle has joined a Sydney Cummings collaboration. Each 500mL bottle provides 996mg of total electrolytes (700mg potassium, 126mg magnesium, 70mg chloride, 60mg calcium, and 40mg sodium), plus 500mg of Aquamin, a seaweed-derived mineral complex, and 50mg of Senactiv.

Worth noting, Senactiv stays in Hydration Drink even as it leaves Legend in this same collection. The bottle also delivers 100% of the daily value for vitamin C, B6, and B12, at just 15 calories with zero sugar and zero caffeine.
