GHOST x Yoo-hoo Chocolate Protein RTD is happening. 25g protein, 110 calories, 11 oz can -- and it looks exactly like the collab you'd hope for. No full nutrition panel or release date yet, but we're watching closely.
The can is hard to miss: bright yellow Yoo-hoo branding, GHOST's signature ghost logo, chocolate dripping down from the top, and 25G PROTEIN stamped right where you can't ignore it. At 110 calories in an 11-ounce can, the macro density is wild -- essentially all protein, minimal fat and carbs.
What We Know So Far
The front label confirms the basics:
- 25 grams protein per can
- 110 calories
- 11 fl oz (325mL)
- "High Protein Milk Drink"
- Natural & artificial flavor
That's a lean protein density that'll make traditional chocolate milk look like dessert. GHOST hasn't dropped the full ingredient panel yet, so protein source, sweetener system, sugar content, and fat breakdown are still unknowns. Based on GHOST's history with protein RTDs, expect a quality dairy-based protein (likely milk protein isolate) with minimal sugar.
Why This Is a Big Deal
GHOST discontinued its protein RTDs a while back, and the community noticed. When we sat down with GHOST co-owner Dan Lourenço for the inaugural BevLab Podcast episode at Ghost HQ last October, he explained why the RTDs went away and alluded to their return, only without giving much away. Now we know what he was hinting at.

At long last, GHOST Lifestyle has launched a Protein Bar! It has two skinnier protein bars inside (making for extra coating), providing 20g protein from 270 calories. And it tastes great.
The Yoo-hoo collab makes tons of sense. GHOST has built its reputation on authentic licensed flavors that actually taste like the real thing, from Count Chocula to their recent Chocolate Chip Cookies permanent addition to Ghost Whey and Vegan. Yoo-hoo's iconic chocolate drink flavor is a natural fit for a high-protein RTD that wants to taste like something people actually grew up drinking.
If GHOST can nail 25 grams of protein at 110 calories while tasting like Yoo-hoo, this will slot in nicely alongside the GHOST Protein Bar as a grab-and-go option for protein on the run.
What's Still Missing
