This time, we’re getting a brand new pre-workout formula. Even more, it stands on its own – it is not a Legend offshoot. Each 2 scoop serving (23g) of the new Pre contains the following ingredients:

GHOST x CG PRE

• L-Citrulline (8000mg) is one of the most powerful nitric oxide boosters on the market. At a hefty dose of 8 grams per serving, the formula has double the citrulline in LEGEND V3. That’s a recipe for some monster pumps.
• Beta-Alanine (3200mg) is a popular ergogenic aid with loads of research backing its ability to improve endurance. By binding with L-histidine, beta-alanine forms carnosine which is critical for preventing lactic acid buildup in the muscles. This means that supplementation can help you workout harder for longer. In addition, beta-alanine is the source of the classic “prickly feeling” found in pre-workouts.
• Betaine (2500mg) is an osmolyte, meaning it aids the flow of water in and around cells, making sure they are properly hydrated to perform their vital functions.
