Axe & Sledge Home Made Bar: Wholesome and Nutritious

Axe & Sledge Home Made Blueberry

A premium meal replacement powder with delicious flavors!

In November 2019, Axe & Sledge Supplements released Home Made, a whole-foods based meal replacement powder (MRP) made with premium ingredients, including:

  • Whole grain oat flour
  • Home Made protein recipe (whey protein isolate, whey protein concentrate, brown rice protein, egg white protein, beef protein, and pea protein)
  • Sweet potato
  • Medium-chain triglycerides
  • Fibersol-2 (a trademarked soluble fiber glucose polymer complex)
  • DigeSEB (a trademarked digestive enzyme blend)

Just one serving of Home Made MRP provides you with 48 grams of high-quality protein, 46 grams of low-glycemic carbohydrates, 10 grams of fiber, and 6 grams of healthy fats. Home Made was designed to replace a meal and provide you with the necessary nutrients to support a healthy lifestyle. With a well-balanced macronutrient profile and multiple dessert-inspired flavors, such as double chocolate brownie and sweet potato pie, Axe & Sledge created a wholesome MRP designed to help you feel fuller longer and satisfy your sweet cravings.

It turns out that the Demo Crew loved the idea of a whole-foods based meal replacement powder. So Home Made MRP quickly became one of Axe & Sledge’s best-selling products. Not much later, the company decided to expand on its original concept and develop its first functional food, Home Made Bar.

Home Made Bar: A Protein Bar Made With All-Natural Ingredients

This is the first product release for 2021 from Axe & Sledge. Similar to their Home Made meal replacement powder, Home Made Bars can be used as a meal replacement or snack, since they contain a moderate amount of carbohydrates, protein, fat, and fiber.

Home Made Bar Ingredients

Here are the primary ingredients for Axe & Sledge’s Home Made Bar:

    • Protein Source(s)

Axe & Sledge uses its proprietary Home Made Protein Blend, which consists of:

      • Whey protein concentrate – a milk-derived complete protein that can range from 34% to 80% protein by weight
      • Whey protein isolate – a milk-derived complete protein that’s at least 90% protein by weight
      • Egg white protein – a complete protein made from dried egg whites
      • Bovine collagen – a complete protein derived from cows

Axe & Sledge also uses a similar protein blend in the Home Made meal replacement powder, which was the inspiration for this product line.

Never Miss a Meal With Help From Axe & Sledge

Although Axe & Sledge is a supplement company, they recognize the value of proper nutrition. Seth Feroce, co-founder and former professional bodybuilder, knows that missing meals can negatively impact performance, recovery, and muscle growth.

But unless you’re a full-time bodybuilder, eating every three to four hours can be challenging for some people. That’s when having a high-quality meal-replacement powder or bar on hand is very useful. A large portion of Axe & Sledge customers are hard-working individuals who have a regular nine to five job and go to the gym either before or afterward. So they don’t always have time to meal prep or sit down and eat a whole-food meal.

Before Home Made was released, there were very few meal replacement powders that lived up to Axe & Sledge’s standards. That’s one reason the company formulated its own, primarily formulated with all-natural ingredients. It’s a way to help customers stay on track and achieve their goals.
