AmiNO Flow doesn’t rely on a sole ingredient to increase NO levels, but uses a complex system of ingredients to boost NO production and improve nutrient transportation.

AmiNO flow is the first BCAA product that can stake claim to the label “Amino-Oxide,” a brand new division of BCAA supplements that combine amino acids and nitric oxide boosters. You may have seen other products that have tried to do this with the addition of a single ingredient. AmiNO Flow uses a system of potent NO boosters to dilate those blood vessels and generate some serious pumps. Let’s see what they have in store!

  • Muscle Growth & Recovery Matrix

    • Instant BCAA Blend 3:1:2 (5g)

      AmiNO Flow is first and foremost a BCAA supplement, and Muscle Elements gets things rolling with a healthy dose of 5g of BCAA in a 3:1:2 ratio of Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine.

      The benefits of BCAA supplementation aren’t new by any means, but are always worth mentioning:

    • L-Taurine (1g)

      Taurine is a conditionally essential amino acid with large stores located in the muscles, heart, and brain. It’s also one of the most abundant amino acids in the body.

      More importantly, Taurine works together with BCAAs to reduce muscle soreness.[7] Additionally, taurine acts as a cell volumizer by drawing water and nutrients into muscles.[8] This will help with endurance during your workout and ensure those BCAAs get to where they’re needed most.

    Here’s where AmiNo Flow starts to get crazy, adding nitric oxide boosters to an intra workout.

    The first ingredient is the primary driver, but what we love is that there are also three ingredients that aren’t typically in pre workout supplements, so you’re going to get pumped up in more ways than you otherwise would have.

    • L-Citrulline (2g)

      When looking to increase Nitric Oxide production in the body, there’s not a better place to start the L-Citrulline. It converts to Arginine in the body and boosts nitric oxide levels better than arginine itself. Beyond the boosted NO levels, you’ll also experience increased training capacity,[9]and reduced fatigue.[10]

      Effective clinical doses of citrulline are usually in the range of 3-4g; however, since this is intended to be used intra workout, stacking this with a pre workout that contains some additional citrulline will simply put you over the edge, and keep the pump lasting through the end of your workout (and even longer afterward).

    • Agmatine Sulfate (250mg)

      Riding co-pilot with Citrulline in the potent pump producer department is Agmatine Sulfate. Whereas Citrulline directly boosts NO levels, Agmatine indirectly boosts NO levels by preventing its breakdown.[11]

      Aside from providing better pumps, agmatine supplementation also has the potential to reduce perceived pain,[12] leading to increased training capacity. The usual dose of Agmatine is between 500-1000mg, but again this is an intra workout product and when combined with the L-Citrulline already contained in AmiNO Flow, should provide for some serious pumps!

    • L-Histidine (125mg)

      Histidine is another amino acid that dilates blood vessels helps to lower blood pressure.[13] Other function of Histidine include regulating the pH levels of blood, wound healing, and regulating the body’s various growth and repair processes.

    • L-Ornithine HCl (125mg)

      Ornithine is involved in the urea cycle and a precursor of Arginine. Ornithine has demonstrated the ability to spike growth hormone levels in bodybuilders.[14] Newer research also shows that Ornithine supplementation can benefit muscle protein synthesis and reduce fatigue.[15,16]

    • Grape Seed Extract 95% (75mg)

      Grape Seed extract comes from the Vitis Vinifera plant which are standardized for polyphenols to increase their potency. Grape seed extract contains many compounds like tannins and catechins that have been shown to increase nitric oxide production[17] and reduce oxidative stress after bouts of exercise.[18]

  • Hydration & Endurance Elements (750mg)

    AmiNO Flow finishes things off with a trifecta of heavy hitting electrolytes in the form of: Disodium Phosphate, Dicalcium Phosphate, and Dimagnesium Phosphate. These ensure the muscles of the body are properly hydrated and maintain the delicate fluid balance required to allow your muscles to continue firing from start to end.
