What is Lean Whey?
We recently covered the world-famous Musclesport Lean Whey formula in scientific fashion after the recent Root Beer Float release, so you can head up to that article for the details.
In addition to what’s listed below, the new Apple Pie a la Mode flavor has real apple pie crunch bits, while the traditional Patriot Cake flavor includes patriotic sprinkles!
But very briefly, inside we have:
- 25 grams of protein from a blend of high-quality whey protein isolate combined with hydrolyzed whey protein for a fast and easy-digesting blend that provides many of the muscle-building and immune-enhancing properties of whey protein.
- Fibersol-2 – a soluble fiber that’s beneficial for gut health.
- Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs) – healthy saturated fats that get oxidized into ketone bodies for rapid energy, and have also been shown to improve gut flora.
L-Carnitine L-Tartrate – A top form of L-Carnitine which is used to shuttle fatty acids to the mitochondria so that they can get spent and converted to ATP (energy).- Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) – An omega-6 fatty acid found in animal foods that’s been shown to improve fat loss, especially useful for low-fat dieters who may not be getting enough.
- Ignitor – A very unique take on digestive enzymes – this matrix includes endopeptidase and exopeptidase, which are enzymes capable of recognizing and cleaving amino acids for better digestion.
- Lactase – An added digestive enzyme to support the breakdown of lactose, the primary milk sugar.

What is BCAA Revolution

- L-Glutamine – The well-known amino acid that supports gut health and immunity
- Alpha-Hydroxy-Isocaproic Acid (HICA) – A leucine metabolite that can support muscle protein synthesis signaling
