These work best with the vanilla flavored Quattro Protein. If you're using the Pure & Simple flavor for other protein powder recipes, then you may need to add some vanilla extract.

Instructions
  1. Mix ingredients together by hand and gently roll out dough onto a nonstick surface
  2. Use cookie-cutter of choice and place on nonstick baking sheet
  3. Bake at 3:50 for 8 to 10 minutes
