We recently did a deep dive on MuscleSport’s Lean Whey. It’s an awesome formula built to maximize protein absorption, which is the name of the game when it comes to supplementation – after all, what good is protein if your body can’t absorb it properly?

Here are the highlights:

• Each 35 gram scoop contains 130 calories and 25 grams of protein.
