MFIT SUPPS Torch: Melt Away Fat with Fire!

MFIT Supps

MFIT: Exactly what you need, when you need it.

MFIT stands for Modern Formulations, Integrated Technology, which perfectly represents how they’re able to produce such effective supplements. MFIT Supps launched at the Arnold in 2019, so they’re considered to be the new brand on the block. However, looking at what they were able to do in such a short span of time, you can tell MFIT has enough experience to create solid formulas that are incredibly effective.

The upstart brand quickly gained support from some of the biggest names in the fitness industry, such as Guy Cisternino, seven time IFBB Champion. We all know Guy only uses the highest quality products, because he doesn’t mess around with anything that won’t help him improve.

MFIT started out strong by launching 14 loaded products that caught the supplement industry off guard. They’re one of the only companies that have pharmaceutical grade manufacturing, since MFIT is owned and operated under A&Z Pharmaceuticals. So you won’t have to worry about quality or purity with any of their products. They are all made to the highest standards, which is exactly what MFIT prides themselves on.

But every brand needs a fat burner, and that was one thing MFIT didn’t have in their original arsenal. Not anymore!

MFIT Supps Torch

Torch was formulated to attack multiple aspects of weight loss!

Introducing Torch: A Comprehensive Fat Burner

We’ve covered several of MFIT Supps’ innovative products on the blog, such as Havoc, Invictus, Peak Force, CBSleep, Stress-66, and their latest release, Recoup! MFIT was launching products left and right last year, and one that slipped under the radar was their comprehensive fat burner, Torch. Therefore, it’s time to revisit what makes this product so effective.

Torch features six effective ingredients to help you get rid of unwanted body fat for good! Just like other MFIT Supps products, Torch is loaded with just about every diet-supporting ingredient that you need to reach your health and fitness goals.

In this post, we’re going to analyze the formula, uncover the benefits, and explain how you should take Torch to get the best results. We’re incredibly excited to see what MFIT will bring this year. Torch Ingredients

MFIT formulated Torch to address several aspects of fat loss, and when combined with a good exercise and nutrition plan, it can help you get results faster. Fat burners increase energy, mental focus, endurance, core temperature, and support a healthy metabolism. All of these aspects are crucial to busting through weight loss plateaus and will place your body in the best environment to burn fat.

Torch comes with a total of 90 capsules, and with the recommended serving size of three capsules/day, you get a full 30-day supply.

Here’s what 1 serving (3 capsules) of Torch will provide to help you incinerate body fat!

  • L-Carnitine (CarniPure®) – 1000mg

    MFIT Supps Torch Supplement Facts

An awesome blend of effective ingredients to burn fat and keep it off for good!

CarniPure® is a high grade form of L-carnitine patented by Lonza, which helps guarantee its quality and safety. L-carnitine is a very popular addition to several supplements, such as pre workouts, fat burners, and even multivitamins. However, more research shows L-carnitine is very underrated, especially for those who aren’t getting enough in the diet, and that’s why we’re pleased to see it as the first ingredient in Torch.

L-carnitine is synthesized in various parts of the body from combining two essential amino acids, lysine and methionine.[1] The main role it serves in helping burn fat is by acting as a fatty acid transporter.[2] L-carnitine helps shuttle long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria to undergo beta-oxidation, thus creating a large amount of ATP (energy).[2] Without carnitine, fatty acids will not be effectively used for energy, which is crucial for fat loss.

In addition to aiding weight loss, a meta-analysis conducted in 2018, concluded L-carnitine can aid recovery, improve performance, serve as an antioxidant, increase muscle mass, and reduce fatigue.[2] Typically we like to see this dosed at 2g, so to get maximum benefits, it’s a good idea to get an extra gram from somewhere else, or eat carnitine-containing foods. But since it’s included in several supplements that shouldn’t be an issue!

  • Caffeine (Natural Caffeine from Coffee Arabica Beans (Cafe Alatus™), and Guarana (Powder Extract of Paullinia cupana Hump Seeds)) – 328mg

What’s a fat burner without a great dose of caffeine to get you fueled up for the day!

Although there are more non-stimulant fat burners entering the market, a stimulant based fat burner will still be the more popular option. Because, let’s face it, caffeine has more studies than any other ingredient used in the supplement industry and possess several benefits that go beyond just weight loss. Caffeine is known for being a very effective ergogenic aid, which helps increase aerobic and anaerobic performance.[3]

Torch provides a total of 328mg of caffeine coming from two different sources, natural caffeine from coffee arabica beans (Cafe Alatus™), and guarana, a powder extract of paullinia cupana hump seeds.

That’s a hefty dose of caffeine, therefore It’s best to avoid taking Torch within 5-6 hours of sleep and most optimal to take in the morning or pre workout.

  • Catethin™ Green Tea Leaf Extract (98% Polyphenols, 80% Catechin, 60% EGCG) – 300mg

    MFIT Supps Torch Product Shot

Torch can help you burn fat faster to achieve the body composition you’ve been working towards!

Catethin™ is a trademarked form of green tea leaf extract, developed by Creative Compounds. It’s standardized to its active constituents for optimal benefits, including polyphenols, catechins, and epigallocatechin-3-gallates (EGCGs). Green tea extract comes from the leaves of a plant called Camellia sinensis L., which is rich in polyphenols, catechins, and contains some caffeine.

Green tea extract is a popular addition to weight loss products because more research shows it can upregulate fat metabolism with exercise and at rest.[4] The way green tea is produced, it retains a high amount of catechin and polyphenols. There are several types of catechins in green tea, however the most biologically active one is EGCG.[4] Therefore, it’s great to see the standardized amount listed on Torch’s label.

Since green tea extract can help increase lipolysis (breakdown of fat storage for fuel),[4] it will help you lose weight faster! Its proposed mechanism of action is slight stimulation of the sympathetic nervous system,[4] which is similar to caffeine. Overall this is a great ingredient, and we’re happy with the dose.

  • ForsLean® (Standardized powder extract of Coleus forskohlii) – 250mg

ForsLean® is a standardized powder extract of Coleus forskohlii patented by Sabsina®. They are one of the first ingredient suppliers to introduce coleus for weight management support. Coleus forskohlii is a plant that typically is found growing in warm and subtropical climates.[5] It’s considered to be a member of the mint family and has been traditionally used in India as a medicinal herb.[5]

Over the years, Coleus forskohlii has been heavily researched because it’s currently the only plant known to contain forskolin, a bioactive compound that has several benefits. ForsLean® was created when Sabsina recognized its positive effects on managing a healthy body weight and supporting lean body mass.

ForsLean® works by enhancing concentrations of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) inside cells via stimulation of the adenylate cyclase enzyme. cAMP is a second messenger that’s crucial for carrying out signals from primary messengers,[6] such as hormones. cAMP is involved as an intermediate in fat metabolism, thus boosting concentrations of cAMP can lead to increased thermogenesis and metabolic rate.[6]

250mg is the clinically studied dose,[7] so you’ll reap all the benefits from ForsLean®.

  • Capsimax® (Standardized extract of Capsicum annuum L. fruit) – 35mg

    Capsimax

Capsimax is an encapsulated cayenne pepper extract that prevents the side effects of taking capsaicin directly (like heartburn).

Get ready to feel the heat with Capsimax® from OmniActive Health Technologies. Capsimax® is a highly concentrated form of capsicum extract found in red hot chili peppers.[8] A popular ingredient in fat burners used to be capsaicin, although it’s effective, there can be some unwanted digestive side effects that come along with it.

Therefore, Capsimax® was developed to give you all the benefits of capsaicin, with none of the side effects. It provides high amounts of capsaicinoids without a gastric or oral burning sensation that’s common with red hot chili peppers. Research shows that capsaicinoids increase your core temperature, which can help burn more calories. [9] It also increases fatty acid oxidation when in a caloric deficit.[9]

  • Bioperine® Standardized Black Pepper Extract to contain 95% Piperine (Piperine Nigrum Fruit) – 9mg

    Bioperine

Bioperine is the trusted, trademarked form of black pepper extract that promises 95% or greater piperine, the part of black pepper with all the activity!

Bioperine® is starting to become a very common addition to a wide variety of supplements because of how effective it is at increasing absorption and bioavailability of several compounds. It is an extremely high quality black pepper extract that was formulated and patented by SabinsaⓇ.

Studies show Bioperine® works by inhibiting two enzymes involved in the metabolism of drugs and other nutrients, P-glycoprotein and CYP3A4.[10] These enzymes cause the ingredients to be broken down prior to reaching the bloodstream, thus making them less effective.

If your body doesn’t properly absorb ingredients, then they will be quickly excreted and deemed useless. MFIT wanted to ensure that doesn’t happen by adding a great dose of Bioperine® into Torch’s formula. It may be a small detail, but it’s an important one, and we’re glad to see it on the label.

Products That Can Be Stacked with Torch!

MFIT Supps Stress-66

MFIT Supps Stress-66 is a great product to stack with Torch!

Although Torch is great on its own, stress is another factor that can quickly stall weight loss. Therefore, other great products to stack with Torch would be one of MFIT’s hemp based products, such as Stress-66, CBSleep, or Recoup. Any of them will help lower stress levels and put your body in a better environment to lose stubborn body fat. Excessive amounts of stress can make weight loss extremely difficult, so do your best to limit stress as much as possible and get enough sleep (6-8 hours). Pairing one of those products with Torch would be an epic weight loss stack!

MFIT crushed its 2019 debut and 2020 looks just as strong!

With all the products they launched last year, we were blown away with the formulas and quality! There was no doubt that MFIT Supps needed to be recognized for their great work. Thus, they were awarded PricePlow’s 2019 Supplement Brand Rookie of the Year!

Torch technically also came out in 2019, but it’s the same story. Great products from a great facility, with a huge start entering 2020.
