Ghost Greens Pink Lemonade: New Limited Summer Flavor

Ghost Greens Pink Lemonade

Ghost Lifestyle has always been known for their flavors. The flavor techs over there are continually inventive, stylish, and hype-machines. Through countless flavor collaborations with awesome nostalgic brands like Swedish Fish, Ghost knows how to adapt iconic flavors to athletic supplement formats.

Perhaps nowhere is this more clear than in Ghost Greens. Greens supplements are notoriously difficult to flavor – no matter how hard brands try, there’s always the taste of kale seeping through. While kale may be great for you, it’s not the most delicious thing in the world.

Ghost Greens is different, though. Somehow, they’ve cracked the code. So if you’re looking to get all of your greens in without gagging, this brand new summertime flavor is just the thing you need.

Beat the Heat with Pink Lemonade

Pink Lemonade. It is a summertime classic. There’s nothing quite like popping open a beach chair and going to town on a nice, frosty pink lemonade.

Of course, pink lemonade doesn’t have a whole lot of nutritional benefit. It’s mostly sugar. If you’re serious about your beach physique, you need something with a little more nutritional density. Enter Ghost Greens.

We’re going to dive into a little summary on how Ghost Greens works, but first, let’s check the PricePlow for good Ghost deals, and check out our video review of the new flavor:

Ghost Greens – How It Works

Each 11 gram scoop of Ghost Greens includes the following goodness:

  • GHOST FRUITS x VEGETABLES

    Ghost Greens Pink Lemonade Ingredients

The heart of Ghost Greens is, of course, the Super Greens blend, which primarily consists of a significant amount of Kale Powder. It also contains equal amounts of matcha, wheat grass, spirulina, and chlorella, all in 500 milligram portions. These ingredients are rich in chlorophyll, which has shown tremendous benefit for overall health and wellbeing. Furthermore, we have included additional grasses, and it’s worth noting the addition of the beneficial 10:1 astragalus extract.

However, this product is not solely focused on greens. The Antioxidant Reds blend provides a potent array of antioxidants. Acai juice and pomegranate juice powders take the lead at 500 milligrams each, followed by blueberry juice powder, which supports cognitive function, and cranberry powder. It’s also worth mentioning the inclusion of jabuticaba powder, a less commonly seen ingredient.

Next in line is the Spectra Total ORAC Blend, a proprietary mixture comprising 100 milligrams of concentrated fruits, vegetables, and even caffeine-free coffee and green tea extracts. The inclusion of quercetin and turmeric definitely make the Spectra blend stand out.

  • GHOST GUT HEALTH

Now it is time to provide support for the digestive system. While most greens formulas target specific health aspects, Ghost has chosen to focus on gut health.

    Ghost Greens Pink Lemonade

First off, we have inulin, which serves as a prebiotic fiber, nourishing the beneficial bacteria in your gut. As a bonus it really helps improve the flavor of the greens powder.

The real meat for gut health comes in with the GHOST Probiotic blend, which includes a unique combination of B. subtilis and Lactobacillus acidophilus. It is then followed by S. boulardii, Bacillus coagulans, and B. lactis. Bacillus subtilis, the first ingredient in the blend, is not commonly found in other products, but it contributes to the production of spores that can withstand high temperatures. This adds a level of durability to the mix that is not often found in other formulas.

Lastly, there is a blend of digestive enzymes from BioCore Optimum Complete, which includes commonly found enzymes such as amylase (for starches), protease (for proteins), and lactase (for lactose/milk sugars). Additionally, it contains other enzymes like invertase and alpha-galactosidase.

Ghost Greens in Iced Tea Lemonade flavor is another great choice for the summer weather!

We all know how important it is to get our fruits and veggies in. The sheer number of health benefits are too numerous to count. From aiding organ function to combating oxidative stress, your greens and reds are a must-have component of your daily stack.

The issue, of course, is in the actual consumption of all of that good stuff. Getting the requisite amounts can feel like a burden, especially every day. The solution, courtesy of the supplement industry, is powdered green stuff. That doesn’t do much for the taste, though. It’s extremely difficult to flavor greens supplements.

Ghost is one of the best in the business when it comes to flavoring greens. Ghost Greens is actually a pleasure to drink, and this limited edition Pink Lemonade flavor is next level, especially considering the sweltering heat as we roll into July.
