What’s this we have here? C4 in a can?!
The rumors were true – Cellucor-led NutraBolt is attacking the fridge space arena with “C4 Original on the Go”, their first carbonated version of C4!
But what is it really?
PricePlow discuss in their controversial YouTube video below:
PricePlow’s Cellucor C4 Original On the Go Review
Overall, we’re impressed with the flavors, but are left confused as to what Cellucor’s really trying to do here. There are pre workout ingredients, but we don’t want to train with carbonation.
And even worse, we see absolutely no need for the colors.
But with that said, the sparkling tropical blast flavor (orange rim) is seriously good.
Energy drink or pre workout RTD?!
The biggest question is, what category does this belong in?
- Energy drink? or
- Pre Workout RTD?
The “C4 Carbonated” Original Ingredients
While it has a 6.73g proprietary blend of mostly pre workout ingredients:
- Citrulline Malate
- CarnoSyn Beta Alanine
- BetaPower Betaine
- N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine
- Caffeine (200mg)
…it’s still kind of an energy drink! Or do you use it pre workout?
Either way, it doesn’t matter to the competition, because the fridge space battle just got a lot rougher, because Nutrabolt does not tread lightly.
