  • BCAA 2:1:1 (7g)

    Adaptogen Science Intra Amino Sport Ingredients

    Intra Amino Sport combines BCAA and valuable hydration support ingredients to sustain you no matter how long you train.

    Though most research these days shows that BCAA supplementation for muscle growth isn’t completely necessary if you’re eating enough food, there’s still some benefit to be had from these three amino acids, particularly if you’re working out fasted. BCAAs can help stave off catabolism as they provide a valuable source of energy for your muscles. They also help accelerate recovery and decrease DOMS.[1,2,3]

    Intra Amino Sport uses the tried and true 2:1:1 ratio so you’ll get a 3.5g dose of Leucine to go along with 1.75g each of Isoleucine and Valine.

  • L-Glutamine (2g)
