Fall is here, the air is getting crisp and cool, and certain national coffee chains that we won’t name have brought back their expensive pumpkin spice lattes!

Not only are those drinks a serious hit to your wallet, they’re a major hit to your diet — just check the calorie counts and notice that practically none of it is from protein!!

Mrs. Cannon saves the day by combining our two favorite things — protein and caffeine! This is another great Magnum QUATTRO Protein Powder recipe that gives you the good stuff without all the fat and empty sugar calories.

And as you’ll see below, this finds three ways to suppress appetite, so it can actually be considered quite a diet drink too!

  1. Combine water and pumpkin puree and bring to a boil.
  2. Once the water is boiling, whisk the remaining ingredients in.

Note: We changed Heidi's original recipe from two Tsp of allspice to just one. It was a bit too potent. If you need more, add more, but you can never add less!
