Magnum Quattro

Granted, this one is a little less clean than the protein recipes we usually publish. But one cup of eggnog really isn’t too bad if you’re otherwise on the straight and narrow with your diet, and if your carb budget is tight you can always cut the candy cane to reduce the impact a bit too.

All in all, the high protein content of the Greek Yogurt and the Magnum Quattro far overwhelm the cup of eggnog.
