On September 19, 2023, PricePlow captured a new product available at GNC.com: Beyond Raw® LIT™ Charged.^[1] Knowing Beyond Raw’s innovative formulations, especially in the LIT™ series, we immediately investigated, found the product, and put it to the test.

We were not disappointed:

GNC’s Beyond Raw® LIT™ Charged Brings more than just energy in a can! It has 250mg caffeine next to N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine, Alpha-GPC, and NeuroFactor

Beyond Raw LIT Charged goes beyond energy drinks — it includes powerhouse ingredients to boost energy, support mental focus, and improve reaction time.

Many of us are already familiar with the brand’s LIT™ On-the-Go cans, which serve as a carbonated ready-to-drink pre-workout supplement — and have industry-leading candy flavors in their JOLLY RANCHER collaboration.

LIT Charged, however, is more of a nootropic drink, bringing supercharged energy and focus in a can. At 250 milligrams of caffeine — the same as LIT On-the-Go — it can still be used in pre-workout applications, but can also support so much more, including work, study, or social gatherings.

LIT Charged Ingredients

• L-Tyrosine (as N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine) – 1000 mg
• Alpha Glycerylphosphorylcholine (Alpha GPC) – 300 mg
• Caffeine – 250 mg
• Coffee (Coffea arabica) Fruit Extract (as NeuroFactor®) – 100 mg

This is an exciting formula to provide the energy and cognitive function support that GNC shoppers often look for. It has 10 calories from three total carbohydrates (yet zero sugar), and is gluten-free.

Looking at the label, shown in the inset image, we can also see that the coffee fruit extract is the popular NeuroFactor® ingredient, dosed at its traditional 100 milligrams.
