SNS Joint Support XT – Your Next Joint Supplement

SNS Joint Support XT

Joint Support XT from SNS is THE go to joint supplement when it comes to healing and prevent aches in your knees, back, and elbows.

In the never ending quest to make gains, you constantly push your anabolic threshold to get bigger, badder, and more ripped. But that often comes at the cost of one thing: your joint health!

You might be able squat 500lbs and have the biggest biceps in the gym, but the second your knee, hip, or shoulder goes, that weight comes down too, and you can start to kiss your gains goodbye.

The joints are the link that connects all moving parts of the body and are too often overlooked when it comes to prehab and mobility work in the gym. They take the brunt of the pounding and need more TLC than we usually give them.

SNS Joint Support XT contains all the essential ingredients you need to take care of the unsung heroes of the human body – it has clinical doses of both tried-and-true standby ingredients as well as a few new ones too. And it works.

We’ve dabbled in several joint supplements, but we honestly mean this when we say it – this is the one to try right now.

Underdosed joint supplements should be criminal. Thankfully, we have the exact opposite here.

Joint Support XT Ingredients

There are loads of products on the shelves at your local store that promise joint health and pain relief, but more often than not, they’re a mess of underdosed, cheap ingredients.

Joint Support XT, on the other hand, uses a minimum number of ingredients that are maximally effective in protecting your joints:

  • Glucosamine Sulfate HCl (1500mg)

    SNS Joint Support XT Ingredients

Joint Support XT is transparently dosed giving you maximum protection and prevention for all your ailing joints.

Glucosamine Sulfate is an ingredient most of you have probably heard of before, since it’s the most well-known joint support ingredient around. It’s a naturally occurring compound found in the human body.

Research using glucosamine has proven successful in reducing levels of CTX‑II, a biomarker for collagen degradation.[1] Furthermore, continual use of glucosamine has been found to improve mobility of joints, most notably knee flexion and extension.[2]

It’s our opinion that the reason this ingredient has “mixed results” is for two reasons:

    • Users don’t use it long enough to feel the effects – it takes time to kick in!
    • Glucosamine sulfate seems to work better, but not every brand uses that.
    • Users expect too much from it. It won’t save joints on its own, which is why it’s best to stack with more ingredients.
    • Many ‘regular’ users fear the high dose. We get best results at a few grams every day, and that makes for some large capsules/tablets.

For instance, with Joint Support XT, we’re going to have to take four pretty large capsules in a day to hit our dosing. That scares some people off, especially those who aren’t hardcore supplement users like we normally see here at PricePlow.

Point is, if you didn’t experience any success with glucosamine, give it another shot – but this time, hit the dose each and every day for a few months.

  • NEM® Natural Eggshell Membrane (500mg)

    Eggshell in a joint supplement?!

Yes, as it turns out there’s some good stuff contained in those little white shells you toss in the garbage every morning.

NEM® is the only patented natural eggshell membrane ingredient with multiple studies published demonstrating it reduces pain, stiffness, and impaired mobility associated with osteoarthritis and various other joint issues.[3,4,5,6]

Unlike glucosamine, it doesn’t take long to start providing relief either, as the clinical trials have seen increased flexibility and joint comfort in as little as 7-10 days when using 500mg doses, which just so happens to be the exact amount included in Joint Support XT.

Get back to lifting heavy thanks to Joint Support XT. This stuff is the real deal!

  • ParActin® Andrographis Paniculata Extract (300mg)

Paractin® is a patented, standardized extract derived from Andrographis Paniculata. This herb has traditionally been used in Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine to treat the common cold and other related maladies.

More recent research using this patented extract suggests it’s particularly effective in improving symptoms of Rheumatoid Arthritis, back pain, joint pain, as well as enhancing bone density and joint flexibility.[7,8]

  • Boswellin® Super Standardized Extract (100mg)

Boswellin® Super is yet another patented extract included in Joint Support XT, and we believe that this is the one that’s going to have nearly-immediate effects, while the glucosamine and NEM take a bit more time.

This ingredient is obtained from the gum of Boswellia Serrata trees, also known as Frankincense. Just like our previous ingredient, Boswellia has long been used in ancient medicine for its healing and medicinal qualities.

Nowadays, herbal extracts from this tree are studied for the effectiveness in treating symptoms of osteoarthritis. Research into Boswellin extracts show they are incredibly effective in improving joint function and stiffness.[9,10]

However, not all Boswellia extracts are created the same. Boswellin® Super is unique in that it’s standardized for 50% β-Boswellic acids of which 30% is Acetyl-11-keto- β -Boswellic Acid (AKBBA).

AKBBA is the most notable of the four major pentacyclic triterpenic acids identified in Boswellia Serrata. AKBBA is currently being researched for its uses as a powerful anti-inflammatory agent that could be used in the treatment of more chronic diseases such as ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, and inhibiting tumor growth.[11,12]

    Joint Support XT Review

“After 5 years , numerous ingredient changes, name changes and delivery system (oral vs transdermal) THE ULTIMATE Joint Support product has arrived and is on its way to all your favorite retailers”

The only thing missing here, and would make for a great stack, is MSM! Problem is that efficacious doses are 3g/day, so that’d be impossible to add to this – you can read to the MSM supplement article linked above to see why and maybe look at a powder option if you’re tired of pills.

Dosing

Take two (2) capsules of Joint Support XT twice daily, preferably with meals. If that’s too much, or you’re likely to forget, take (4) capsules once per day, preferably with your biggest meal of the day.

We’ve enjoyed taking one of those doses pre workout – the boswellin seems to have some acute effects.

Takeaway

If you’re at wits end with your joints – keep your prehab/rehab up – but you gotta try Joint Support XT out this year.

It’s easy to focus on the big things when trying to make gains. You know how much to eat, and when, and how your workouts are going. But don’t forget to take time to slow down and focus on a more holistic approach to your physical well-being.

Even if you don’t have any aches in your knees, back, or elbows now, sooner or later it happens to everyone. Keep this product in mind for when it happens – it’s giving us the best results out of anything we’ve tried so far.
