Just like with the Cake Pop flavor, this is a permanent flavor, not just a limited edition flavor meant for the 2019/2020 winter. PEScience claims that this one is that good that they’ve added it as a permanent roster spot.
And just like with the Cake Pop flavor, we think that the combination of milk protein, which adds some casein (and thus just a touch of grit) on top of the smooth whey proteins, will be the perfect texture for those thin mint cookies that are definitely a bit “rougher” in the mouth. Texture plays a role!
Will it beat the 2018 White Chocolate Mint Seasonal Flavor?!
So this isn’t to be confused with the White Chocolate Mint flavor, which went after the flavor of those “Peppermint Bark” Christmas treats, yet was a limited-edition seasonal flavor. You can watch our review of that one below, but this one is here to stay.
Back to the new Chocolate Mint Cookie flavor, this is another flavor where you’ll want to mix one scoop into 8oz water for the optimal taste/texture mix.

Originally known as “PES” (short for Physique Enhancing Science), PEScience launched Select Protein in 2013, in an era of amino acid spiking scams when whey protein prices were constantly on the rise. They did it right, with a lab-tested protein that was a a premium whey and casein blend. With these two mixed together, it allowed for an improved taste and thickness profile than the competition.
