We’ve never blogged about this product in its entirety, so we’ll do that shortly. In the meantime, take a look at the label below:
Quality protein with a huge hit of maltodextrin… get ready for a blood sugar spike… which is why you better be training hard #WithoutCompromise!
Long story short is that this has a Whey Protein Concentrate 80% + Micellar Casein Protein blend that we love, with VERY little fat, which is in line with our thinking.
The carb source is straight maltodextrin, which saves on money, but is definitely going to spike blood sugar and insulin, so you better be training hard when that spike comes a calling! If that’s the case, then you should be looking for some great uptake.
A vastly improved strawberry flavor system
