  • CarniPlex™ Carnitine Silicate (200mg)

    Five forms of carnitine plus EGCG makes for a potent stim free addition to any fat burning stack.

    Carnitine Silicate is a mixture of Carnitine, inositol, and potassium silicate that combines the ergogenic properties of Carnitine and Silicate in an inositol-stabilized form that promises improved bioavailability. Research has shown that it’s incredibly bioavailable and even improved wound healing.[1,2]

    Greater carnitine bioavailability means more carnitine is absorbed leading to enhanced fat oxidation, more weight loss, and insulin potentiation.

    Alanine Propionyl L-Carnitine is a variation on another common form of Carnitine, GPLC — Glycine Propionyl L-Carnitine. Here, however, the alanine has been used as the bonding amino acid instead of glycine.

    When Propionyl-L-Carnitine enters the cell and reaches the mitochondria, it is then metabolized into L-carnitine and propionyl coenzyme A.[3,4] It offers the same benefits of GPLC as well as the ability to improve blood flow and circulation.[5,6,7]

  • Palmitoyl-R-Carnitine (200mg)

    GlycoCarn is a patented form of carnitine that improves pumps and endurance.

    Palmitoyl-R-Carnitine long-chain fatty acid ester of carnitine that enhances cellular energy in the form of ATP. Basically, it gives you you more energy throughout the day, hopefully resulting in better workouts and more calories burned!

    Studies also show it reduces inflammation[8] and helps improve heart function, muscle contraction, and numerous other bodily functions.[9,10]

  • Propionyl L-Carnitine (200mg)

    Known as the “performance Carnitine”, Propionyl L-Carnitine (PLCAR) also improves nitric oxide release and increases exercise performance in addition to the traditional fat burning benefits of L-Carnitine.[11]

    It’s also worth mentioning that LCLT increases androgen receptor density in muscle cells — meaning consuming LCLT makes your anabolic hormones operate more “efficiently”, ultimately allowing you to get reap “gains” from your workout.[15,16]

    However, the post-workout recovery effect requires a far larger dose, but that’s not entirely the main point here.

  • EGCG (100mg)

    EGCG, short for Epigallocatechin gallate, is the most well known and researched of the catechins present in green tea. It’s been established to be good for the cardiovascular system, but it also packs a touch of fat-burning benefits as well.

    EGCG has been shown to induce lipolysis[17,18], and when combined with caffeine, these effects are even further enhanced.[19]
