NutraBio Super Carb Now Comes In Refreshing Sweet Tea

Another week, another blog post, and another new flavor from NutraBio!

NutraBio Super Carb Sweet Tea

Super Carb is now available in refreshing Sweet Tea!

Mike Perez, NutraBio’s chief flavorist, is always up to something special, and we continue to be amazed at what he comes up with. The past two weeks, NutraBio launched their phenomenal protein blend, Muscle Matrix, in both Chocolate Peanut Butter Bliss and Ice Cream Cookie Dream. After trying both flavors in Classic Whey and 100% Whey Protein Isolate, we know they’re going to be best sellers in no time.

You would think that NutraBio would be easing up on the product launches, but instead they’re going full speed ahead. This time around, NutraBio isn’t releasing another protein powder flavor, rather they’re switching gears by coming out with a new flavor for Super Carb!

Super Carb Sweet Tea: Fuel Your Workouts with a Taste of the South!

In case you’re not familiar with Super Carb, it’s NutraBio’s best-selling carbohydrate powder that’s formulated to be used before, during, or immediately after training. It already comes in several delicious flavors, but now they’re expanding the line with refreshing Sweet Tea!

We haven’t covered Super Carb for a while, so note that it contains 25g of carbs per serving coming from highly branched cyclic dextrin as Cluster Dextrin. Over the years, several trademarked forms of carbohydrates have been introduced to the sports supplement industry, but this one takes the cake for us!

Don’t fear the carbs – use them for performance!

If you want to take your training to the next level, Super Carb is here to do just that!

Despite the myths you may have heard that carbs are evil and cause weight gain, that isn’t necessarily the truth. Carbohydrates are your body’s immediate energy source, and if you want to perform optimally in the gym and build muscle mass, then carbs should be your friend, not an enemy.

…and use the performance carbohydrate to do it!

Since carbs are generally the body’s primary source of energy, carb powders can help boost your workout performance and recovery. NutraBio specifically uses Cluster Dextrin in Super Carb because it’s low considered to be low glycemic, since it has a high molecular weight but low osmolality. This means that Cluster Dextrin won’t spike your insulin nearly to the same degree as other carbs sources such as dextrose. It also has a fast gastric emptying time, therefore you won’t feel like there’s a brick in your stomach during exercise.

On top of that, NutraBio included a wide array of high-end electrolytes to further promote hydration, performance, and recovery.

Sweet Tea Done Right

NutraBio has put out countless amazing flavors over the past year, and they seem to nail the flavor every time. As of writing this article, the only other products available in Sweet Tea are Intra Blast, Intra Blast Natural, and Pre Workout V5 Natural. Since that flavor is such a hit, NutraBio decided to expand it on to other products and next up is Super Carb!

Fuel your muscles with Super Carb!

Sweet tea is a southern classic, and there’s nothing better than having an ice cold drink on a hot summer day. But in this case you can enjoy it during your workout and still get performance benefits. As the name suggests, sweet tea is typically made with a high amount of sugar, which may be fine around a workout, but also can quickly pack on the calories, spike your insulin, and lead to an energy crash.

With Super Carb you still get that authentic flavor without any sugar (as in “sucrose”), which will keep your blood sugar levels more stable throughout the entire training session – and load the muscles, not the liver, like the fructose in a sugar molecule would.[1] Super Carb is a perfect product for this flavor and we fully expect it to be another fan favorite! If you’re looking for something to quench your thirst, satisfy your sweet tooth, and boost your workout performance, then Super Carb Sweet Tea is a must-try!
