Protein Gelatin Mix has a short and sweet ingredient list, so we’re going to divide this section into the primary protein source and other ingredients, added for flavor and color. • Protein Source – Hydrolyzed Whey Protein

  The primary protein source in Protein Gelatin Mix is hydrolyzed whey protein, but depending on the amount, beef gelatin may provide a few additional grams of protein.
