GHOST Hydration Tubs Refresh for 2026: New Look, New Collabs, Same Formula

GHOST Hydration Tubs Refresh for 2026: New Look, New Collabs, Same Formula

GHOST Hydration tubs are getting a packaging refresh to match the RTD cans, plus four new flavors: Kiwi Strawberry, Lemon Crush, Welch's Grape, and Sonic Cherry Limeade. Formula unchanged.

GHOST Hydration powder tubs are getting a packaging overhaul, with updated visuals designed to match the RTD cans already in market. The formula stays the same, but four new flavors come with the refresh: Kiwi Strawberry, Lemon Crush, Welch's Grape, and Sonic Cherry Limeade (US only). All four hit GHOST's DTC site and specialty retailers on April 15, 2026.

The incoming lineup reflects where GHOST's active partnerships actually stand: Welch's (a GHOST collaboration dating back to 2019) and Sonic, which already made its mark on GHOST Legend V4. For the complete formula breakdown, our GHOST Hydration deep dive has everything you need.

The New Flavors

  • Kiwi Strawberry: A Hydration Staple Makes the Jump

    GHOST Hydration Kiwi Strawberry Label

Kiwi Strawberry has been running in the GHOST Hydration RTD lineup, and now it moves into the tub. The flavor is fruit-forward and slightly tart, easy to drink throughout the day. It holds up whether you're mixing post-workout or just sipping between sessions.

  • Lemon Crush: Crisp and Clean Citrus

    GHOST Hydration Lemon Crush Label

Lemon-based flavors are a natural fit for hydration products since the tartness drives palatability without leaning on sweetness. Lemon Crush keeps things refreshing rather than candy-coded, making it a solid everyday option.

  • Welch's Grape: The Collab That Keeps Going

    GHOST Hydration Welch's Grape Label

Welch's has shown up across GHOST's lineup for years, from protein and BCAAs to energy drinks. Grape brings that authentic, lightly sweet grape juice profile GHOST has consistently nailed in previous products.

  • Sonic Cherry Limeade: Drive-In Classic (US Only)

GHOST Hydration Sonic Cherry Limeade Label

After Sonic Ocean Water landed as a permanent GHOST Legend V4 flavor, Cherry Limeade now makes the move to Hydration. The sweet-tart cherry-citrus combination translates well to an electrolyte product. Note this one is US-only.

GHOST Hydration Ingredients

The GHOST Hydration powder formula hasn't changed. Here's a quick refresher on what's in every scoop:

Need more hydrating electrolytes? Then check out the potassium-led formula in Ghost Hydration

  • Taurine - 1500mg

Taurine is a cellular osmolyte that helps regulate fluid balance. At 1500mg it's dosed well above what most hydration products include, pushing this product closer to a hybrid performance-hydration formula.

  • Electrolytes

The core is 150mg sodium, 375mg potassium, and 83mg magnesium per scoop, all in citrate forms for good bioavailability. Aquamin (500mg), a seaweed-derived calcium source, rounds out the mineral lineup. The potassium-forward ratio aligns with how most people's dietary intake actually skews.

  • PureWay-C - 135mg

A bioavailable form of Vitamin C from One Innovation Labs, paired with citrus bioflavonoids. PureWay-C absorbs faster and stays in circulation longer than standard ascorbic acid.

  • Senactiv - 50mg

A standardized extract blend (Panax notoginseng root, Rosa canina fruit) with research focused on supporting muscle energy production and post-exercise recovery. It's a differentiating inclusion for a hydration product.

Conclusion: New Bottles, New Partnerships, Same Formula

    Mondelez Terminates GHOST Contract

In a sad and seemingly-bitter ending to a successful 7-year partnership, Mondelez has filed a lawsuit against GHOST, demanding destruction of all remaining branded inventory just two weeks before Ghost's proposed sell-through date.

The flavor refresh carries more weight than a label update. GHOST Hydration's original tub lineup included flavors tied to the Mondelez partnership, which ended in 2025 and took Sour Patch Kids and other Mondelez-licensed flavors with it. You can read the full story in our Mondelez termination coverage.

Aligning the packaging with the RTD line makes sense as GHOST Hydration expands across formats, and the new flavor lineup reflects GHOST's partnership direction heading into 2026. Welch's and Sonic are active and expanding; the Mondelez chapter is behind them.
