GHOST Hydration Stick Packs Move to Boxes with New Flavors for 2026

The GHOST Hydration stick packs just got a significant upgrade: they're moving from bags to boxes, and a fresh set of flavors comes with the transition. The new 8CT and 24CT stick box format hits GHOST's DTC site and specialty and grocery retailers on April 15, 2026, the same date as the Hydration tub refresh recently announced here on the blog.

• Kiwi Strawberry: The RTD Favorite Crosses Over

  Kiwi Strawberry has logged time in the GHOST Hydration RTD lineup already, was one of the original powdered tub flavors, and now it moves into the 24CT stick box. Fruit-forward and lightly tart, it works equally well post-workout or just sipped throughout the day. It's one of the more versatile options in the lineup.

• Strawbango: The Fan Favorite Makes the Jump

  Strawbango (Strawberry Mango) has been chasing a permanent spot in GHOST's lineup for a while. In Dan Lourenço's 100 Year Plan podcast, Dan hinted at eventually landing this fan-favorite as a fixture. It lands in both the 8CT and 24CT boxes.

• Lemon Crush: Clean and Citrus

  Lemon Crush is in both box sizes, also one of the two first flavors when the tubs originally launched. Lemon-based flavors are a natural fit for hydration products since tartness improves drinkability without leaning on sweetness. A solid everyday option.

• Welch's Grape and Sonic Cherry Limeade

  Welch's Grape brings the authentic sweet grape profile GHOST has delivered consistently across multiple product lines. Sonic Cherry Limeade carries the sweet-tart drive-in combination into a hydration context. Both are in the 8CT and 24CT boxes, though Cherry Limeade is US only.

• Sonic Ocean Water (24CT Only)

  Sonic Ocean Water (the coconut-lime-lemon blend that already has its own GHOST Hydration history) is back in the 24CT box. Also US only.

  150mg sodium, 375mg potassium, and 83mg magnesium, all as citrates for bioavailability. Aquamin (500mg), a seaweed-derived calcium source, rounds out the minerals. The 2.5:1 potassium-to-sodium ratio is one of the more intentional things about this formula.

• PureWay-C - 135mg

  A bioavailable vitamin C form that absorbs faster than standard ascorbic acid.
