Non-GMO, gluten-free, No artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, or preservatives… all attributes that are very popular in the food industry lately, with a growing number of people living the all-natural life.
But there’s one problem for health-conscious consumers on the go: not too many good protein bars live this all-natural life!
In 2016, that all changes, thanks to the new FitJoy protein bar.
What is FitJoy?
After some teasing in early May of 2016, we can now tell you that FitJoy is an entirely new line of protein bars – and they have the all-natural attributes listed above.
But this isn’t just some new brand from an unknown team. FitJoy comes to us from industry veterans who have been on the scene:
Who’s Behind FitJoy?
Doing some research, the FitJoy name brand was trademarked by Woodbolt Distribution LLC,[1] otherwise known in the industry as NutraBolt.
This is the same parent company that owns and produces some other well known supplement lines including the Cellucor family of supplements. Interestingly, Cellucor’s own line of Protein Bars were also recently released, and they’re similar, but seem to be a bit less “natural” than these.
NutraBolt is clearly going all-in on protein bars, with FitJoy being the brand we expect to see in general-purpose health stores outside of the supplement shops.

FitJoy Bar Details
Details are still a little scarce since we don’t have a full ingredient label yet, but we do have the most important information in regards to the bars: their macros, and even more pertinent to the masses, the flavors!
Before we get there though, know that FitJoy bars are an all natural option meaning there are:
- NO GMO’s
- NO Gluten
- NO Artificial Colors
- NO Artificial Flavors
- NO Artificial Sweeteners
- NO Artificial Preservatives
The Fit Joy Macronutrients
Now that you know what’s in the bars, you’re probably wondering what these are going to “cost” you in terms of calories and macros. Rest easy, FitJoy can easily fit into your daily calorie goals no matter how big or small they may be:
- Calories: 220-230
- Protein: 20g
- Carbs: 23-25g (10-13g fiber)
- Fats: 7-8g
FitJoy Flavors
The vast majority of people consuming protein bars could care less about the particular macros or ingredient breakdown. What everyone really wants to know, is what flavors do these come in?
It’s pretty clear that this is going to be a diversion away from Cellucor, who makes supplements, and will be meant more for the general health consumer. NutraBolt has done incredible things with Cellucor, including some of the best-tasting supplements on the market, and we hope that experience translates to some of the best-tasting natural bars on the market!
Stay Tuned!
