Core Nutritionals started the year off strong with the release of their Daily Health Pack, a product that builds on Core Multi to include more than mere vitamins and minerals (as important as they are). Now, they’re releasing their OG meal replacement supplement in a new format, and it looks like Core is sticking with their pack theme with their next release.
Core MRP Now Available in On-the-Go Packs!
Core MRP stands heads-and-shoulders above the crowd when it comes to meal replacement products. Not only is it a relatively clean option, but it shines when it comes to flavor.
The issue with MRPs is that, in order to meet the definition, brands have to include a whole mess of ingredients in order to ensure that it’s actually capable of meeting dietary needs. This means protein, carbs, and usually some greens. As a result, it is extraordinarily difficult to flavor MRPs.
Not for Core, though. As our winners of the 2023 “Flavor System of the Year” award, Core has become a force when it comes to flavoring. Their MRP is no exception, and now it’s even more convenient in pack form.
Each box of MRP packs will contain 10 servings, so look at that section below for our prices and deals. After checking those deals and getting you signed up for our Core Nutitionals news alerts, we’re going to dive into a little summary on how Core MRP works, but first, let’s check PricePlow for good Core deals:

Core MRP: Active Ingredients
You can read the full story in our article titled Core MRP: A Full-Spectrum Meal Replacement from Core Nutritionals, but here’s the list of active ingredients providing those macros and micros:
-
Oat Flour (32g)
Core MRP uses oat flour as its main carbohydrate source for its low-glycemic properties, avoiding insulin spikes and providing beneficial nutrients like beta-glucans and fiber, while also contributing five grams of protein to its fully disclosed protein blend.
-
Protein Blend
The Core MRP Packs contain a protein blend containing the following ingredients:
- Cold-Processed Undenatured Whey Protein Concentrate (14g)
- Milk Protein Isolate (6.75g)
- Cross-Flow Microfiltered Whey Protein Isolate (6g)
This all adds up to 27 grams of protein per pack sourced from a combination of fast and slow-digesting proteins.
-
Coconut Oil Creamer
There are only six grams of fat in Core MRP packs, most of which comes from coconut oil creamer, which is one of the healthier sources of fats and contributes to a rich, creamy texture. -
Whole Food Vitamin & Mineral Blend
To ensure you’re hitting all of your vitamin and mineral needs, Core has included a blend derived from whole foods. Some of the ingredients include broccoli, spinach, kale, sweet potato, kelp, and more. It’s always preferable to get vitamins and minerals from whole food sources, when possible.
-
DigeSEB
To make sure all of the protein, vitamins, and minerals in Core MRP packs are digested properly, Core has added DigeSEB which contains enzymes critical for proper digestion of everything from starches to lactose.
Again, see our main Core Nutritionals MRP article for more details with scientific references.

2024: Core is off to a strong start
After winning the flavor system of the year award in PricePlow’s 2023 Supplement Industry Awards (thanks to their Fun Sweets Cotton Candy flavors), we’re excited to see what Doug Miller and the team at Core have in store for 2024.
If these first few weeks are any indication, we’re in for a fun and health-focused ride. First, we got a comprehensive stack of pills in the form of their Daily Health Pack, and now we’re getting their meal replacement product in an even more convenient package.
Core has always nailed the basics: function and flavor. We don’t expect them to slow down in the slightest.
