CORE Nutritionals Fun Sweets Cotton Candy Collab Now in 3 Products

The Flamingo finally makes sense!

Over the past several months, Doug Miller and his team at CORE Nutritionals have been making social media videos with a little extra Fun inside. The team can often be over-the-top, but wearing an inflatable flamingo in multiple videos^[1-4] had to have meant something, because even that’s a bit wild for the team over at Crush It Headquarters.

Few figured out what it was, but it’s finally been revealed:

They’re now live, and these flavors are incredible, so let’s show the prices and availability for both formulas and then get into it!

Core Nutritionals has announced a flavor collaboration with Fun Sweets Cotton Candy, with both Core Pump and Fury coming in Cherry Berry and Blue Raspberry cotton candy flavors!

In early August 2023, Core Nutritionals announced their next major flavor collaboration: Fun Sweets Cotton Candy! Two different flavors will come in their two pre-workout supplements, Core Fury and Core Pump:

As an update in October of 2023, Core also released Fun Sweets flavors of Core HYDRATE, and the flavors are downright superb.

…and now in Core ISO Clear!

And for another update in December 2023, Core launched a new product named ISO Clear, with the first two flavors in the above Fun Sweets Cotton Candy flavors. This collab is steamrolling through the year!

This is the brand’s second collaborative effort, following their Moose Tracks PUDD’n (where keen-eyed Core fans were also teased with some early leak videos featuring the Moose). Now it’s the Fun Sweets Flamingo’s turn — and this time it’s in their two popular pre-workouts!

First, let’s talk about these flavors, and then get into the products themselves:

What is Cotton Candy?

Cotton candy is a classic confection that embodies the essence of childhood nostalgia, as it’s a mainstay at fairs and carnivals. Created through the art of sugar spinning, it’s made by heating and liquefying sugar, then using centrifugal force to extrude the molten sugar through tiny holes, where it instantly solidifies into fine threads that resemble fluffy clouds.

The result is a delicate and airy treat that dissolves on the tongue, releasing a burst of sweetness. Its unique texture and fun colors make cotton candy a beloved treat.

However, most cotton candy flavors in dietary supplements are simply over-the-top sweet, which isn’t exactly right. As explained in Doug Miller’s video embedded above, Core Nutritionals worked with the Fun Sweets actual flavor system to make the magic happen right in their own supplements!

What is Fun Sweets?

Fun Sweets is a prominent player in the confections world — they’ve become synonymous with none other than cotton candy. The company has captured the hearts of cotton candy fas with its exceptional flavors and premium ingredients, taking cotton candy from a simple carnival snack to an artisanal experience that can be obtained in stores.

What is Core FURY?

Core FURY is Core Nutritionals’ pre-workout supplement that features a loaded two-scoop serving that tops out at a total of 395 milligrams of caffeine in a time-released blend, and plenty of pump and focus ingredients, which includes highly-underrated pregnenolone, which we believe puts the formula on another level.

• Beta-alanine (3,200mg) – helps produce carnosine, which buffers lactic acid in muscle tissue.
• Betaine anhydrous (2,500mg) – donor of methyl groups, which is critical for cellular energy production.
• Senactiv (50mg) – an extract derived from ginseng and Rosa roxburghii that facilitates the breakdown of dying or deceased cells, leaving room for new cells.

Fury Hydration Blend

• Taurine (2,000mg) – aids in cellular hydration, nutrient utilization, and endurance.
• Albion Potassium Glycinate Complex (395mg) – achieves necessary potassium to sodium balance, creating an environment for optimal hydration and reducing cardiovascular risk.
• Sea salt (260mg) – replenishes sodium stores lost in the course of exercise.

Fury Focus Blend

• L-Tyrosine (2,000mg) – building block for neurotransmitters such as dopamine and adrenaline, leading to an improvement in focus, mood, and performance.
• Alpha-GPC 50% (300mg) – precursor to acetylcholine, also known as the “learning neurotransmitter”.
• Cocoabuterol Cocoa Extract (100mg) – appetite suppression, thermogenesis, energy improvement.
• Pregnenolone (10mg) – precursor to steroid hormones, plays a vital role in regulating the body’s stress response and mitigating stress-induced cellular damage.

Fury Energy Blend

• Caffeine anhydrous (250mg) – cellular energy production, strength and endurance improvements, alertness and energy.
• Caffeine citrate (150mg) – additional caffeine source for that extra push.
• zumXR (100mg) – extended release caffeine, adding a smoother quality to the stimulant blend.

What is Core Pump?

As opposed to Core Fury, Pump is a stimulant-free pre-workout supplement that’s made to increase blood flow when training, driving an epic muscle pump. You can read more details in our article published when the team recently released five new Core Pump flavors, but the two new Fun Sweets flavors will certainly put it over the top! It has a lot of the same ingredients as Core Fury – which we won’t go through again – but it also has some interesting novel ingredients.

• L-citrulline (6000mg) for those nitric oxide pumps we all know and love
• Beta alanine (3200mg) for the tingle-inducing endurance boost thanks to its carnosine production support
• Betaine nitrate (2500mg) – whereas Core Fury has betaine anhydrous, Pump has contains betaine nitrate, which provides nitrates for more blood flow.
• Hydromax (2000mg) – an ingredient composed primarily of glycerol, this can help working muscles retain water, leading to bigger pumps.
• Alpha-GPC 50% (600mg)
• VasoDrive-AP (254mg) – limited to this collab, PeakO2 has been replaced with 254mg of VasoDrive-AP. When stacked with Fury, you will get the full 508mg dose.
• AstraGin (50mg) – also limited to this collab, AstraGin has been added. This ingredient helps boost absorption of the other ingredients in the formula.
