Core PUMP Released in Five Flavors for Spring 2023

Founded all the way back in 2005 by professional bodybuilder, Doug Miller, Core Nutritionals is a brand built around being the professionals in the room. Rejecting many of the trendier, wacky design choices of many modern supplement brands, Core has stayed true to its mission: serious supplements for the serious athlete.

Core Nutritionals PUMP - Five New Flavors for Spring 2023!

Five new flavors are here for Core PUMP this Spring of 2023!

This is definitely true of Core Pump, their stimulant-free pre-workout supplement. It contains exactly what you need for a muscle-bulging workout: no more, no less. Built with rock-solid ingredients backed with as much science as possible – like citrulline, beta alanine, and betaine nitrate – Core Pump is dependable, which makes it perfect as a daily pump driver. It’s great standalone, and it’s even more epic as a companion to the stim-based Core FURY pre workout.

We recently covered the new Strawberry Colada PUMP flavor, but they weren’t even close to being done! Today, we’re blessed with a flavor dump for Core Pump!

FIVE New Core Pump Flavors

Core seems to like releasing new flavors in batches – and we love them for it. When it comes to supplements you take regularly, like pre-workouts, you need some variety. Slamming down the same flavor before every workout can get boring.

Things are never boring with Core. Today marks the release of five new Core Pump flavors: Apple Guava, Australian Gummy Snakes, Australian Raspberry Chews, Sour Candy, and Watermelon Grape. We have a feeling this release will keep everyone pumped for quite a long time.

We’re going to dive into a little summary on how Core Pump works, but first, let’s check the PricePlow for good Core deals, and check out our video review of the new flavor:

Core Pump – How It Works

Core Nutritionals PUMP Ingredients - Spring 2023

  • L-citrulline (6000mg) is a non-essential amino acid that’s converted first to arginine and then to nitric oxide (NO). Nitric oxide, in turn, causes vasodilation and creates that signature pump feeling. L-citrulline has been demonstrated to be even more effective than direct arginine supplementation.
  • Beta alanine (3200mg) acts as a precursor to carnosine, which helps the body clear out its lactic acid load, leading to increased endurance.
  • Betaine nitrate (2500mg) is a nitrate bound to an osmolyte that helps maintain water balance in the cells, making them more resilient. This provides a double-whammy of two ingredients that can increase peak power, endurance, and pumps during resistance training.
  • PeakO2 (2000mg) is a mushroom blend composed of 6 different strains that work synergistically to increase oxygen uptake and aerobic endurance. Studies have demonstrated PeakO2’s positive effects on VO2Max and heart rate economy.
  • Hydromax (2000mg) is primarily composed of glycerol, which helps keep the muscles hydrated and fully pumped up. Even more importantly, glycerol helps keep nutrients in the muscles leading to potential endurance benefits.
  • Alpha GPC (600mg) is a choline precursor, which produces acetylcholine. Acetylcholine is a neurotransmitter that has been shown to improve cognitive performance. In doses of 600 milligrams, Alpha GPC has additionally shown an ability to increase peak power output during resistance training.

All Core Pump flavors

Five new flavors can seem a bit overwhelming. That’s alright – it may take a while but you can try them all!

Core Nutritionals PUMP Australian Raspberry Chews

How often do we get to try Australian flavors?!

Fruity flavors and pumps just work

One of the interesting things about flavor formulations in the supplement industry is that some flavors just seem to fit more with certain functions than other flavors. For example, the common rich, dessert-style flavors you find in post-workout protein powders don’t really feel right when it comes to pre-workouts. On the other hand, brighter, lighter, and fruitier flavors seem to work perfectly with pre-workouts.

    Core Nutritionals BURN

Stack PUMP with the Core Nutritionals BURN weight loss drink powder, which has recently been updated with fucoxanthin and new flavors for even more fat burning potential!

All five of the new flavors from Core fit this bill to a tee.

    Core does flavors right

In some ways, flavors are just as important as formula. Reason being, the performance benefits from ingredients don’t matter if you don’t actually take them. Taking supplements on a regular basis ultimately comes down to flavor: do you have to force down this powder, or do you look forward to your pre-workout shaker?

If something you take everyday is delicious, you’re more likely to keep taking it. Core appreciates this fact, because after they lock down an awesome, effective formula like Core Pump, their attention turns to churning out new flavors: making sure that uptake stays steady.

    Consistency drives results.
