There’s no better treat for a cold winter morning than a nice warmed-up muffin. Do it the healthy and protein-packed way with Mrs. Cannon’s Berry Bomb Muffins! Better for you than anything in the coffee shop case, and less expensive to boot!

You’ll want the Vanilla flavor of Magnum Quattro for the best flavor balance here. You could get wild and experiment with other flavors, but the goal is to let the natural fruit content you’re adding shine through!

Before you get started, preheat your oven to 350°F. You can choose whatever types of berries you like - Heidi calls for blackberries here though.

  1. Blend all ingredients with an electric mixer and pour into non-stick baking tins.
  2. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Recipe Notes

Strawberries and blueberries are also good choices to use in place of the blackberries -- go with your favorite!
