ThermadeX Day 1 Impressions

It's here! It's here! Yay!

It’s here! It’s here! Yay!

My first day of ThermadeX was… exciting.

I’m not sure if it was result of the ThermadeX or my anticipation and excitement, but I had a LOT of energy. The ThermadeX is a red pill. Each bottle comes with sixty pills.

The directions instructed me to take one pill for 3-5 days in the morning with food and 8 ounces of water. After the first 3-5 days of use, if desired I could take another pill in the afternoon. I’m going to follow directions and take just one pill… It might be all that I need over the course of my thirty days. Keep in mind that this is my first foray into any sort of pill to help with weight loss, so my body may be much more sensitive.

As the directions said, I took one pill in the morning with breakfast (oatmeal and a banana) and 8 ounces of water.

Mike [ founder] suggested that I don’t take any external stimulants (caffeine), so that was probably my biggest concern coming it. I drink on average 2-3 cups of STRONG black coffee to get through the day. However, midday I was doing fine without my daily cup of joe.

It works! – The First Kick

My first class was at 10:00 AM, and I had taken the ThermadeX around 8:30 AM. W-O-W. I was so focused, alert, and awake during my first class. I couldn’t sit still! I was extremely involved in the discussion, which is rather dull at 10:00 AM (if anyone cares… my class was comparing Dostoevsky and Nietzsche). The energy I had was very similar to how I feel when I drink coffee. With a successful class finished at noon, I trudged over to my room for lunch.

It should be noted that I was not hungry. Usually, I tend to much and keep my mouth busy. But, when I came into the room, I didn’t have the normal hunger pangs. So I did some homework and around 1:00 PM, I had lunch (Greek yogurt, honey, a rice cracker with turkey and cheese).

Throughout the day I was making sure to stay hydrated. With coffee, one of the draw backs is the dehydration that I often feel from caffeine. So with the six bottles of water I drank (16 ounces x 6 = 72 ounces), I was using the restroom quite frequently. I didn’t have that groggy and tired feeling. I also had a couple of bowel movements, almost as if the pill was cleansing my colon (which I had no problem with).

As I prepared dinner, a Lean Cuisine (I was in a hurry!). I was feeling good. My mood was significantly elevated as I walked to my last night class. Weird, right? I was still focused and alert, though a little less than the morning. After class, I came back to my room and fell asleep with no problem. As Ice-Cube would say, it was a good day.

ThermadeX Day 1 – Overall

I wish that my first day didn’t clash with such a hectic school day. When I took the pill in the morning, I could feel the energy. I wanted to go exercise. ThermadeX is an “Extreme Lipolytic Stimulant,” and for the entire day my body and mind were stimulated.

Here’s to hoping the next thirty days are as successful as my first one!

TL;DR Tl:dr: Day 1 on ThermadeX: elevated energy/mood/bathroom trips and curbed appetite.
