In April and May, GHOST Lifestyle was on the warpath. During those two months, GHOST released three new formulas – Intra, Joint, and Protein Cereal – and 4 new flavors. All in all, a huge couple of months. This month, though, the supplement titan has been eerily quiet.
Until now, that is. GHOST has announced the release of a new collaborative flavor of their legendary Ghost WHEY flavor, and it is here just in time for the heat of summer.
GHOST Whey: Oreo Mint!
GHOST Whey is GHOST’s classic protein powder, and it’s been around since 2016. Since then, we’ve seen some truly game-changing flavors. Last summer, we were treated to a re-launch of their incredibly refreshing Coconut Ice Cream flavor.
This year, our first summer flavor is Oreo Mint, and it’s a collaboration project with the cookie brand themselves. Between the cool, creamy mint and the little cookie bit inclusions, you’ll be hard-pressed to tell the difference between this protein powder and a less-healthy milkshake at a diner.
We’re going to dive into a little summary on how GHOST Whey works, but first, let’s check PricePlow for good GHOST deals, and check out our video review of the new flavor:

GHOST Whey – How It Works
Ghost Whey made waves at inception due to its then-uniquely 100% transparent labeling. This whey protein blend is meticulously detailed on the label, showing exact amounts of each type of whey used: Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) comprising the majority of the protein, followed by Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC), and a small amount of Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Isolate.
These ingredients, coupled with natural and artificial flavors, digestive enzymes – proteases, bromelain, and lactase – and sucralose for sweetening, make Ghost Whey an excellent choice for those with lactose intolerance or those seeking a high-quality, easily digestible protein supplement without soy-related allergens or additives. The Oreo Mint flavor even has Oreo Cookies and Basecake inclusions, which really takes it to another level.

Reminiscent of a Diner Milkshake
Unfortunately, ice cream-based milkshakes are largely a no-go when you’re taking your fitness and diet seriously. Too much fat and sugar, and not enough protein. This doesn’t mean you need to sacrifice the taste, though. Thanks to brands like GHOST, you can get authentic tasting protein flavors in a healthier package.
In collaboration with Oreo, the Mint Oreo Whey flavor is out-of-this-world good. After a hot summer workout, nothing hits the spot like some mint chocolate cookie protein powder in a glass of cold milk.
