• Whey Protein Isolate

  

  Whey protein is the most popular form of protein on the supplement market for a reason. It’s highly bioavailable, meaning your body can easily absorb and utilize the protein. Absorption is what counts. It doesn’t matter how many grams of protein are in a formula if they aren’t used by the body for tissue repair. Whey protein isolate, specifically, is over 90% pure protein by weight, making controlling your macros much simpler.

  Additionally, whey protein is a complete protein source, which means that it contains all nine essential amino acids, which are not produced by the body and must be obtained from the diet. There’s an incredibly long collection of research that demonstrates whey protein’s ability to help improve strength as well as body composition.
