What better way to kick off the festivities than with some scrumptious and healthy white chocolate peppermint truffles courtesy of Blue Star Nutraceuticals and their resident protein goodie guru, Becky (@eatprayweights)!

This recipe uses Blue Star Nutraceuticals’ Whey Smooth, a delicious whey protein powder that comes in a vanilla cupcake flavor that’s perfect for protein powder based recipes!

Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Combine all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix.and then add milk and extract.
  2. Add milk and peppermint extract and stir to combine (it takes a few minutes for the dry ingredients to adhere to the milk).
  3. Add in 1 tsp crushed candy cane and mix again.
  4. Roll into balls and coat with crushed candy cane.
  5. Melt chocolate wafers with a tsp of coconut oil and a tad of peppermint extract.
  6. Coat the truffles in the chocolate and place in freezer for 10 minutes.
  7. Eat all the truffles!!!!
