We’re finishing up October (and celebrating Halloween) with one last pumpkin-based recipe from Heidi.
So you’ll probably have trick-or-treaters coming by the house, which means keeping a big bucket of candy on hand … which means temptation to blow your diet sitting right there all night, especially if you have leftovers.
Before the festivities, try baking up a batch of these pumpkin protein cookies. Not for handing out — unless you’ve got a bunch of ripped 8 year olds running around the neighborhood — but to stave off temptation and get a little extra quality protein support.
As with the other pumpkin-based protein powder recipes we’ve posted recently, this is great because the pumpkin adds a good dose of dietary fiber to your snack.
