Instructions
  1. Crush the mini Oreos in a medium size mixing bowl.
  2. Add in the rest of the dry ingredients.
  3. Add milk and mix until everything comes together.
  4. Divide mixture into 8 equal sized balls and place in freezer for 15 minutes to firm up.
  5. If you want to have a chocolate coating, melt some milk chocolate melting wafers while waiting for the truffles to firm up.
  6. Roll truffles in melted chocolate and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until chocolate sets.
  7. EAT!

The recipe above is for just the truffle base. If you want to enjoy the chocolate coating on the outside, you’ll need to melt down some milk chocolate (or any flavor you like) melting wafers and roll your truffles in that. This of course will add a few more minutes of idle time, but will be well worth it to deliver the ultimate healthy truffle experience.
